Very cool video. RVN vet here 11D w/25th ID wounded Tet 68 & shipped home. Just prior to being wounded I was driving an M113A1 in an online assult on reinforced bunkers just outside Cu Chi (Feb 68). Man, it was almost like the scene in the movie with F101's flying low and droping a stick of napalm, tanks firing main guns, infantry walking behind the tanks and APC. Really hell on earth but somehow fascinating. My track took a couple RPG's and I was out of the war for good.

Only an idiot would argue we won the war. But every war has two front, inaddition to winning it on the field, your people have to be behind it as well. And if your people aren't behind it, you're going to be pressure out and lose.
And that's where the U.S. lost, the public had no interest in Vietnam and the period was politically turbulent without the war.
