  • I didn't know 50 had a song out besides... "It Your birthday... We gon' party like it's yo birthday"... but I think that was a cover... Cause I remember my mom singing that one to me at my Birthday when I was little...

  • pac is the goat or top 5 doa because how versatile he was in rap and his influence.

now gza and 50 cent shouldnt even be contest lol. 50 was a great RAPPER never a great MC. wu tang is so dope, even the unpopular aflliates like killah priest probably can body any rapper alive interms of lyrical ability. wu is legendary and paved the way for new hip hop artist.

  • im a big pac fan. but most great mcs in the top 50 are BETTER than him in metaphors or punchlines. but then again pac DIDNT try to do that style of ny rap. he was more about a message with passion and probably the best flow of all time. he was a poet who could talk talk about any topic. he had 1 semi pop album, which was all eyez on me. and it ws still HIP HOP. but that pop album SHOWED HOW VERSATILE PAC IS. he sold recods without selling out, he aslo has the most influence as a rapper.

  • "I mean, it's obvious"

  • 50 does have his moments when he just come off on a song. He'll just start spitting and have you like oooh shit, did this nigga really just say that. But when he does shit like "candy shop" or whatever... naaaahh. lol

  • @riffraff I agree. Baltimore love thing if a good piece of work also in my opinion. at the same time he is no where near the level as an mc like gza. He's from a almost non existant breed of mc's. Todays rap is all about the market. that's why u see gangter rappers like 50 making records like candy shop. Rappers don't focus on the art of lyricism or elaboration and that is what separates older mainstream rappers from new maistream rappers.... "ELABORATION"

  • Any body who can listen to 50 cent's power of a dollar and say 50 cent isn't lyrical is crazy. If u talkin to shit bout 50 cent look up 50 Cent- Good Die Young. Bet you change your mind. I'm just saying.

  • 50 cent back in the day did have some lyrics, he used to go hard as well. But his lyrics were and NEVER WILL BE as complex or razor-sharp as GZA's or anybody in the Wu for that matter. I love both of those guys but really, 50 can't fuck with the Wu on a lyrical tip. Even 50 knows that, deep down.

  • GZA and 50 kinda look a like sometimes.

  • GZA SPEAKS THE TRUTH.

  • He's just being honest. But I think Jadakiss summed up 50 Cent better than anybody in his diss song.

  • exactly.. whats the big deal

  • most rappers are scared to say things like this

  • GZA is a good kid

  • whats the big deal LOL

  • why wasnt gza in the new wu tang album?

  • WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL xD

  • first of all... lil wayne sucks. thats it. GZA rules bitches...fuck this new rap these days..so dumb

  • @Kenshiro981 wu tang fucks with 2pacs dead body mabye hahahaha fuck them all 50 Cent 4 LIFE!!!!!!!! wutang chinese bullshig!! unfamous no sellin Cds shit beats!!!!

  • @TheSupernr17

People like you are the reason 50 cent shouldn't be given a fuckin voice, all it does is encourage imbecilic pieces of shit to spout on and on about absolutely nothing.

  • @brainboob

ppl like me has nothing to do with 50. - Like I said all I do is listen to his music. You're making this out to be more than what it is. You got issues dude. - Ad Meth wasn't joking in that interview. - I can 't tell when someone's joking. - There's many good rappers that fell that way about Wayne not just Meth.

You're an extremely immature dude - that insist on making Rap look like the WWE.

  • @TheSupernr17

people like u are so fukin ignorant and disrespectful to the dead. I like 50 cent too but it does not make him better than wu tang hell hes not even better than tupac. Im just stating facts but im not sucking their dicks like you sucking 50.

  • Hahah whats the big deal? I love that. It is what is is!

  • Wu-Tang > 50 3nough said

  • GZA > 50 Enough said.

  • WHUSTHABIGDIL?

  • @SheerHeartAttack74 He is rap don't have to be seious all the time thats when ppl get fucked up at. His style was different.

  • @onn1320 50 had two supposedly classic albums, but they weren't classic for his lyrical skill, then he fell off hard. He's pretty much garbage.

  • Why do ppl take sides? Seriouly, what is this - WWE? - Wu-Tang is good and I like 50 cent - 50 has put out some good sht. Just because he's not was lyrically complex as Gza doesn't make him garbage.

  • @onn1320 yes it does

  • @ciaran32123

What eva. Using your logic 2 Pac is garbage.

  • @onn1320 yes it does. GZA - Hardcore

    50 cence - Abstract Commercial

  • @Menz123451

Yeah ok. That's why great rappers like KRS and Ice Cube think 50 is one of the top rappers today. - Because he's commercial. Okay.

  • @onn1320 I am truely shocked by what you have just told me. okay. just because someone said hes good doesnt mean hes good. If hes what we have to rely on know adays than Meths judgement day has arived. Give me some evidence yo for that ice and krs one shit cause why would they back a paper plated, money grabing, talking mobster. ill whip him with cuban linx, cut him with liquid swords and choke him with ironmen till i crush his vocal cords.

  • @Menz123451

Just because you don't like a certain rapper doesn't make him garbage. You just described 50 the same way one would describe Soulja Boy. Gza said SB don't have lyrics - notice he didn't say that about 50. He's just beefing with dude. I tink Gza/Ghost/Chef all destroy 50 in a battle, but that doesn't make 50 garbage. - And KRS didn't say he's a top rapper, but why would he promote 50 vs. Kanya as one of the great battles? And Cube said strait up that 50 has potential to be legendary

  • @onn1320 He said it 3 times at the end.

  • @Menz123451

ok. miss heard him. my bad.

  • @onn1320

stop suckin 50 cents dick yo. he sucks. wu tang obliterated his fake shit. period.

  • @brainboob

How am I sucking his dick. - Stop being ignorant and grow up.

  • @brainboob

Dude. Get off it. What someone likes is what they like. I could see if I was saying 50 is better than Wu. But I already admitted Wu members are better and I don't care if they are better lyrically, logically, beats, flow, what ever. I don't care if they're better and anyone 50 could summon because that's when fans start making rap sound like a damn comic book. And a down grade would be if I stopped listening to Wu in favor of 50. It's called variety.

  • @onn1320

I'm not getting off it, because it's shit like 50 cent, lil layme and whiz suckifah that are ruining culture. Wu tang, tupac, biggie, immortal technique, cunning lyngquists contributed something positive to culture. What do 50 cent, layme and suckifah do? brag brag brag. but about what what what? Money, cars, gold and bitches? And the point of bragging of this is? And it does what for youth culture exactly? At least wu tang helped give youth culture something positive.

  • @brainboob

And the youth? The youth been messed up. - Yeah they rap about money and cars more than ever, but we grew up on rappers that rap about bitches. We grew up on NWA, MC Eith, Geto Boys, Onyx, etc. - So stop talking like 50 came in here and invented that shit. He'll Ghost and Chef rap about cooking coke and shit. Method Man=Weed. Rza "I f'ed 100's of btchs and spend millions of dollars and worked with thousands of scholars" - ODB?

  • @brainboob

They're Wu fans that listen to Alternative and Pop too. - It's called variety.

  • Comment removed

  • yea I know variety. And that doesn't include stuff that sucks and has no depth or meaning, that just means a part of you is trying to fit in to some clique by liking some of the shitty stuff. I'll give you a taste of the variety of my musical taste. Mozart, wu tang, tupac, tori amos, leanard cohen, david bowie, alice in chains, louie armstrong, peter gabriel, etc. None of this is suck ass disposable trash like 50 cent, justin bieber, etc.

  • @brainboob

Dude - If you think they're ruining anything then you're no rap fan. - rap has been down graded long before wayne n nem came around - even before the hot boyz. - But real rap never went anywhere. It still exist. - And I'm not "trying to fit in" - I listen to it and that's as far as it goes for me. Like I said I don't worry about all the drama as if rap is WWE. And Bieber - why even comment on an pop artist in this conversation. You're just a hater.

  • @onn1320

blablabla damned straight i'm a hater! I hate on shit that has no substance at all! At least i'm not blindly hating things because I don't understand it, like a lot of layme and suckifah fans do. Hey, these jack offs need to be reminded constantly there's better shit out there, so they can open themselves to something more than ass and gold chains.

  • @brainboob

Dude - reason I'm no hater is because of my experience "reminding people" - It doesn't work. - They like what they like and we're not going to change their minds any more than my generation's parents tried to make me believe that the Fatboys, Run DMC, Cool J, Moe D, etc was shit and the 4 Tops and Marvin Gaye is what I should be listening to. -

  • @brainboob

Also. You have to realize EVERY BODY'S DIFFERENT with different taste. - I grew up in the South and ppl here swear by Bounce music. - I personally think Bounce is worse than Soulja Boy, and Waka Flaka combined. - And believe me - ppl that love Bounce were very aware of Native Tongue, Juice Crew, Rhyme Syndicate, Wu, etc. So I just accept the fact that ppl like what they like and the only time I have anything to say is if they try to say the 69 Boys are better that Tribe called Quest.

  • Comment removed

  • @brainboob

Furthermore. There's ppl out there with more credibility than either one of us that like Lil' Wayne, Lil' Jon, Drake, etc. Redman is quoted as to saying he liked Birdman's album. Method Man said that Turk is good, but Lil' Wayne is better..............That's just two good MC's that dig shit that we don't. - So if some young buck like shit that I don't - As long as they don't try to compare - I say "so be it"

  • @onn1320

just shut up, you're losing more ground with the bullshit you're saying, more and more by the second. Method man was probably joking, because i've seen other interviews where he talks about how much that shit sucks ass.

  • @brainboob

See. Like I said - You're mking more out of it than it is. - I never said Whiz and nem was good rap. - I only said I listen to 50. - That's it. In your ALL CAPS RAGE you coming at me like I said Lil' Wayne n nem is the best ever - I didn't even try to compare them or anything. Again.......you got serious issues to take this so serious to the point of telling me something about Soulja Boy that I already know.

  • @brainboob

I mean I don't like Bieber or Wayne or Whiz, but I'm not going to judge someone who does like them. I have nothing to say to a fan of theirs unless they start saying Wayne is better than Pharaohe or something. If they just like dude and that's it - So be it! I mean you don't knoe jack about me and you say "I'm trying to fit it"? Your problem is that if someone likes what you don't it's wrong. NEWS FLASH! Everybody's different!

  • @onn1320

I can't agree with any of this. As someone who knows better stuff exists, it's my responsibility to remind my peers (19-22 year olds) that the stuff that came before is better. And not only that, but there is stuff out NOW that is better, you just have to dig down in the dirt of the underground to find it. Immortal tech, cunninglynguists, dead prez. Underground and keeping true rap alive! Otherwise these people will just continue to live thinking the only choice is the popular shit!

  • @onn1320

50 cent got no content. hes wack as shit and smells worse than wu piss. don't go peddlin his mediocre diarrhea round a ghetto neighborhood where homies be keepin shit real, because wearin gold don't give you braggin rights yo. only thing that do that is livin the thug life!

  • @brainboob

OK. I don't even give a fuck. It's not that serious to me.

  • @brainboob

How am I sucking his dick? I could tell you to stop sucking GZA dck, but I'm not going to bring myself to the childish level you're on. I don't give a fck about who has "braggin rights or what ever - or "thug life" or all this silly sht you say 50 is not. - I don't listen to 50 or any rapper for those ignorant claims. I listen to rappers because they rap - not because they are "supposed to be "real" or what ever. -

  • Comment removed

  • @brainboob

OKAY! - Like I said it's not that serious. - I like Wu-Tang and I know all 9 members and most affiliates are better than 50 lyrically. - I said it before and I'm going to say it all over - "I don't give a fck." 50 put out some good sht. and I'm not going to sit here and treat Rap like it's the WWE or some Soap Opera. Gza and Meth are better than a ton or rappers - Using your logic ever rapper not on Gza's level sucks.

  • Whats the big Deal? GZA fuckin jokes man.

  • when 50 has props like the Genius has, then come talk to me. and i dont mean props as in 16 year old kids who know nothing about hiphop say hes the best.

  • I think wu-tang sucks dick. Fuck wu-tang the only nigga i fucks wit is ol dirty bastard that nigga can rap fuck the rest. bum ass niggas.

  • When 50 Cent releases something as lyrically complex as GZA's Fame, then I'll give 50 his dues. But he won't, because he is utterly talentless ,anyone who thinks otherwise is so so so wrong.

  • nigga biting his tongue and shit, he shook and fif not even there. fuck around and get clap nigga. and fuck wu tang they so deep underground they burning. irrelevant muthafuckas

  • @infanite23 says the bubble gum hip hop fan

  • @Raiton45 says the wangsta who listen to bullshit fan

  • @infanite23 your the only wangsta here talking shit behind a computer

  • 50 and all the other ringtone rappers is pure garbage. I never liked gggunot wen everyone was on their dick. They shouldnt be in the same sentence as wu tang, period!!! GZA holds mikes down...shit is too swift to bite and record and write it down.

  • @emmteez1 hahahah 50 Cent destroyed wu tang!!!!! nobody fucks with 50 Cent!!!

  • @TheSupernr17

u got it backwards wu tang destroyed 50 when gza came out with paper plates. after that 50 has not said shit about them. Nobody fucks with wu tang u mean.

  • I agree............

  • WU TANG CLAN comin at ya! watch ur step kid......!!!

  • For someone like 50 who had sold out and lost all capability if putting music together after a few short years is pathetic and rude to someone who has for so long quietly became the most intellectual member of the wu ...people have already forgotten about 50, the members of the clan stick around

  • Sorry GZA but age doesn't count, Special Ed was 16 when he dropped ''The Youngest in Charge''

  • 50 had lyrics when he started but when he started becoming more mainstream he sold out so bad

  • 50 cent DID have lyrics back in the day, but not anymore.

  • @femiboy34 Name two that compete with any song from liquid swords? And if you don't know any from liquid swords don't bother responding.

  • RESPEC

  • Seriously though, 50 Cent, is such a terrible rapper, the only thing he has is Dre's production, and an image. He has no flow, no vocabulary, no mic skills, He's got nothing. He picks fights with shitty MCs like Ja and Fat Joe and others and relies on his notoriety and fame when he battles anyone who can rap worth a lick. He's the Britney Spears of hip-hop (Takes marginal talent to great comnercial success) Seriously, got murdered on Checkmate and Paper Plate, his style's disposable

  • LOL, listen to How to Rob? How about you listen to Liquid Swords, Livin in the World Today, Gold, Advance Pawns, Queen's Gambit, Animal Planet, Breaker Breaker, etc. Have you ever even listened to GZA.

BTW, Pac in terms of lyrical skill (i.e. wordplay, flow, vocabulary, metaphors, devices) is not very talented. He is legendary, influential, socially conscious, though, but in terms of mic skills, he's not very good.

  • How many times have i heard the argument that sales are a direct representation of talent. By that logic, soulja boy, who has gone plat, had the #1 song on itunes, and the #1 ringtone, is a better rapper than someone like Kurupt, Immortal Technique, or Aesop Rock

50 Cent pimped and commercialized hip-hop into such a pathetic form that artists (using that term loosely) like Soulja Boy, Nikki Minaj, Gucci Mane, and Pitbull can flourish despite having no talent whatsoever.

  • Wu tang is such a faggit. 50 and ja would merk him.

  • @jusblaze519 nah man ja is a hoe bag.and 50 is A drama queen.WU IS 4 DA CHILDREN

  • @jusblaze519 , LoL whats a faggit? learn to spell negro & no 50 & ja wouldn't merk wu tang those 2 don't even get along so how could they merk wu tang? LoL you sad ass coon!

  • IF The GZA says that someone has no lyrics, then that person has no lyrics. No questions asked; nothing more said.....

  • 50 sux coz he went wayy to commercial, you should listen to some of his very early freestyles its sick ! but then he just started being a cock dissed ONYX and shit fucking dick. GZA word !

  • And what I mean by 50 ruining rap is that when Get Rich came out it was huge, everybody started copying it and thinking "hey I can write lyrics as average as this too, just put a fly beat with good production and off we go". In the late 80's into the 90's you had to have true skill to be a rapper. Listen to Rakim, Nas, Wu Crew, etc. I'll even throw in the west coast guys too because they were good lyrically if not "deep or profound". But at least it wasn't the garbage coming out today.

  • 50 kind of ruined rap. He had a couple of killer songs but that was it. Lyrically speaking, 50 is in kindergarten while GZA is PhD. A true professional rapper. 50 is limited gramatically. I'll dumb it down. 50 is a Chevy while GZA is a Bugatti.

  • @TorgeistLLN what? hell no. 50 is a FORD GZA is a Bugatti. chevys good bro, ford sucks, just sayin :P

  • I hate watching these videos because everytime I scroll down its 15 different paragraphs of people arguing, there is NO argument to be had, Gza cannot be touched by anyone, especially 50 cent, if you think 50 cent has more lyrical talent or any higher music credentials for that matter, than Gza, you clearly should not be listening to music, period. I like 50 cent, but I love Wu-Tang, they arent just talking out their asses when they rap, they some legitimate shit.

  • Power of the Dollar is 50's best album, but still is garbage compared to anything in GZA's discography. Its like as GZA says comparing "pearls next to pebbles/spoons against shovels/dictators next to rebels/and Gods against Devils"

  • What sane person who knows hip-hop and it's history would even think to compare GZA with 50 Cent.

    50 Cent ain't bad, he's just mediocre.

GZA's genius transcends hip-hop and is part of the best hip-hop group in history WU-Tang Clan!

  • 50 was good before he met that fag slim shady

  • @12pussylicka 50 cent has always been bullshit sellout crap for dumb white girls. he sucked before bullshit slim shady.

  • Cmon 50 Cent did a collaboration with Justin Timberlake CHK-CHK-POW!! GAME OVER

  • A YO if u dont think 50 lyrical, listen to Power OF The Dollar album, then come back and say somethin

  • @DoubleAIV TRASH, NEVER WROTE 1 GOOD SONG

  • @ssyphilis U obviously dont know hip-hop or dont like Gangsta rap, cause if u heard Power Of The Dollar, or Guess Whos Back and u say it suck? Your just some dumb fag who listen to wayne or waka wats his name, 50's the realest and Power Of The Dollar is a fuckin classic

  • @DoubleAIV 50 don't got no lyrical stability at ALL. Nothing by 50 is classic. In fact, the less Dre does 50's beats, the worst his shit gets (and that means a lot cuz 50's stale when it comes to wordplay) He don't got simile's he don't got metaphor's, he don't got shit. live with it. 50 can't rap and if you think otherwise, you don't know hip hop. Don't fucking reply to this because i know it's gonna be some faggot ass bullshit that you can't back up. The Wu is a dynasty, 50's pigshit.

  • @Maradonarules10 Look nigga, if u havent listened to a song of Power Of The Dollar dont talk to me. G-Unit has a lot of haters who wont even listen to their stuff, they immediatly criticize, and I think thats the type of person you are. U cant really argue sayin 50 is trash if ur just a biased hater so stfu and go listen to PowerOFtheDollar, then comback and say somthin

  • @DoubleAIV that was before he hit it big. now, hes wack.

  • @DoubleAIV hahahaha, man, i listened to the song "Power Of The Dollar", i couldn't fucking get past the first fucking verse because that shit was stale and overrated trash. Gtfo of here, cuz that shit ain't hip hop. I've listened to 50's shit, and it's ALWAYS been trash. So go home kid, his lyrics are basic. Nothing innovative, clever or even classy.. but hey kid.. you mad?

  • @Maradonarules10 I mean the album, not the song, but if u want some specific song try How To Rob, Ghetto Qu,ran, or im a hustler. And u stupid if u think that song suck, U must not know hip hop

  • @DoubleAIV HAHAHA you're here praising 50 Cent and telling ME that I don't know hip hop? Son, ignorance is a bitch. What the fuck do YOU know about hip hop? Lemme guess you probably also think that 2pac's an almighty god who should be top ten (which he shouldn't), Drake is the most versatile MC out there, and NWA is the greatest group ever. You're a fucking fetus compared to me son, stick to your mainstream garbage. To be honest, i can't fucking take listening to 50's elementary ass lyrics.

  • @Maradonarules10 WTF?FUCK Drake! I dont listen to that mainstream garbage, And no I dont think NWA is the best rap group, thats Wu-Tang. But i do respect 50 Cent as one of the only gansta-rappers left. If u check my channel, ull see that I dont give a fuck about Drake, lil wayne, or souljaboy. My fav rap/grouo is Mobb Deep period. Dont get me twisted, and I do think that Pac should be top 10, but hes no god, Nas at some points is better than Pac imo Im not some igonarant 12yo dummy

  • @DoubleAIV Haha, you say you don't listen to mainstream garbage yet that's what 50 is.. mainstream garbage. Pac isn't top 10 at all, not in opinion, but based on fact, he's wayyyy too overrated and is given too much credit by dude's like you. If you think 50's the only decent "gangsta" Rapper out there then i actually have no clue what world you're living in. Last time i checked Cypress Hill was gangsta rap. And what happened to Scarface and the Geto boys? Or Kool G Rap. YOU'RE gettin it twisted

  • @Maradonarules10 We both have different taste in music, I dont really care for Cypress Hill or geto boys, but i listen to Kool G Rap. But mainly I listen to Mobb Deep 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks,&Xzibit. If u got a problem with that sorry for u cause Im not changing. I fuckin forgot what we were arguing about in the 1st place

  • @DoubleAIV If you don't care about Geto boys or Cypress hill then wtf are you listening to? Oh yea, 50 Loyd banks (lmao, that nigga's even worse) and Xibit. Xibit was good early in his career, he's shit now. I don't give a fuck about you're taste. You can say that you LIKE 50, that's your opinion. But to say that he IS GOOD is a fact. That fact is wrong. He isn't good. I don't care if you listen to him or not, just don't say he's good. Didn't you hear GZA diss him? He got torn up.

  • @Maradonarules10 To say something is "good" is an opinion not fact dumb ass. And I dont care what anyone says I say 50 is good, more than good, he's gonna be remembered when he dies. Cant say the same for your little cypress hill. And you jockin if u say Banks suck, hes the fuckin P.L.K! Dont believe me? listen to his "Victory Freestyle" or any freestyle dont really matter cuz he always kills it. U say he sucks cuz hes in G-Unit and thats biased.

  • @DoubleAIV fucking shit man, you got an extra chromosome barged up that narrow minded head of yours and you probably don't get wtf i just said because your thinking is elementary.. just like all of G-Unit's lyrics. Are you stupid? To say that something IS GOOD meaning, based on factual information and research the conclusion is that the MC fits the criteria of a standard GOOD mc is not an opinion. haha maybe if you learned something in school or some shit instead of listening to 50 you'd get it.

  • @Maradonarules10 So if I say "this hamburger is good" or "this song is good" thats an opinion? gtfo Ur more stupid than I thought. When someones reviews or judges anything based on adjectives thats opinion, Ive been wasting my time arguing with U

  • @DoubleAIV Man, your one dumb motherfucka. You think 50 is good, that's your choice, however lame it may be. BUT NEVER step to Wu Tang and claim you know hip hop, 50, banks and mobb deep ain't shit to GZA and the Wu. Boy you talking out your fucking asshole if you saying that shit, if you ever get close to knowing hip hop or talk to someone who does who isn't going to abuse you for being an incompetant fuck then you'll look back at this conversation and realise your rappers ain't shit to gods.

  • @DoubleAIV , LOL nigga you're a sad case! cypress hill won't be remembered but 50 cent will? LOL cypress hill has been out since the late 80s & debuted in 91 with Cypress Hill 1! they are still active & doing shows they dropped some of the most memorable shit in the 90s you assclown! gay-unit is finished tony yayo coming to the group & getting rid of young buck sure didn't help the cause LOL! M.O.P & moob deep wasted their time with flea unit only to get nowhere! 50's a gangster rapper? LOL!

  • @sfknns Youur either in denial or a just a dumb hater if u say 50 Cent wont be remembered when he dies. And u obviously know NOthing about 50 if u say he's not a gansta, the nigga pumped crack at age 12, and 1st got locked up at 16 yo. Those are only a couple of things that makes him a gangsta, And Yayo probably more gangsta than him so STFU, Rakim Eric B, Mobb Deep, BIG, Eazy E, and G-UNIT will be remebered.

  • @DoubleAIV , dumb ass nigga hmmm............ I thought so LoL! read where I supposedley said 50 shits won't be remembered! yeah he'll be remembered aight as that mumbling fool who had a hand in polluting hip hop! people are already regretting listening to that fool LOL! hmmm...so hes gangter cause he pumped crack at age 12 & got locked up at 16 for a petty crime I bet? maybe he got locked just for being at the scene the nigga is about as gangster as a ru paul LOL! yayo LOL what a herb!

  • @DoubleAIV , & since when does him being "gangsta" have to do with anything? when will you cats learn, street credibility has nothing to do with your skills as an mc just ask guccie mane & wacka faggot flame LOL! well the dude can be gangster all he wants he still a talentless loser with the lyrical skills of 10 soulja boys & no substance at all! dude became his worst enemy over time singing on tracks just like ja rule even with justing timberlake now thats "gutter" LOL!

  • @sfknns He has no talent? Thats why his 1st record sold 11 mil in that year? BTW i know back in the 90's Cypress hill was basically mainstream, while Mobb Deep, 50 Cent were underground artist. U dont think 50 has talent, listen to "How To Rob" that will change ur mind, and 50 has to do that commercial stuff if he want to make money and stay in buissness, but he does give us that gutter shit on his albums. But of course U DONt have his shit, ANd U dont know shit about him so whats the point

  • @DoubleAIV , LOL OMG, mobb deep were underground? LOL shows what you know! yeah they were on juvenile hell in 93 did you discover mobb through flea unit? does the infamous & hell on earth ring a bell? mobb were mainstream just like cypress with those albums came out in 95-96 had beef with pac as well as keith murray! yeah soulja boy, nelly, spears all these clowns have sold alot that means they have talent? I did hear how to rob thats old cop out LOL its decent compared to how he is now!

  • @DoubleAIV , also what makes you think cypress hill won't be remembered? do you even know who they are? I'm guessing not! no pitbull isn't in the group asshole LOL!

  • @DoubleAIV , & why can't you see the hypocrisiy in your idol 50 cent? dude basically in a nut shell made a mockery of ja rule, accused him of singing duets on tracks & trying to be tupac shakur turned the whole world against murda inc LOL! there were people that didn't even listen to rap dissing ja rule then soon after 50 had his little buzz on GRODT he goes & does the very thing he accussed ja of? I see him taking his shirt off 24/7 like he pac talking all greasy to cats that help put him on!

  • @Maradonarules10 the reason why pac is so great is his emotion in his songs and just raw truth, but i don't think hes the best rapper of all time

  • @DamnIwannafck232 Exactly what i'm trying to say. I'm not at all saying that the guy's bad. He was no where near a bad MC. He was a GOOD MC. But not an AMAZING mc. Especially when it came to lyrics. Pac can't lyrically compare to Nas, Biggie, Rakim, Kool G Rap, Big L, etc..

  • @Maradonarules10 WHAT!!! Look if you gon tell that lie don't go over board and throw BIG in there cause if anywhere on that list at all he belongs on the bottom Big L too. But NAs Rakim KOOL G Rap they all living legends and PAC,PAC man are you real man I dont know what pleasure you intend to experience when you play music but Pac was in the rap game the equivalent of a prophet. Pac would SATISFY the track. He would verbalize the beat and thats why he was so contradictory

  • @DeadHeart150 Man, wtf do you listen to? First of all Rakim= GOAT no questions asked. Dude's like you are so far up pac's ass hole that it ain't even funny anymore. Pac was a GOOD mc he wasn't a Legendary mc. His lyrics were average. The passion he put in his tracks was unbelievable, but lyrically, he couldn't fuck with Big L or Biggie or Grap, nas, rakim, etc.. Biggie's a def. top 10 rapper. He did shit pac couldn't dream about.. Gimmie Da loot. Are you fucking kidding me gtfo of my face man.

  • @Maradonarules10 Listen Biggie was a short lived commercial ass rapper. The difference between us is songs like gimme da loot dont impress me I prefer passionate and lyrical rap. but lyrical aint all about metaphors and punch lines its also about explosive statements. Rakim is awesome as is Nas because they lyricized topics with positive social substance. Biggie didnt live long enough to decide to do that so his better side in my opinion wasn't fully explored.

  • @DeadHeart150 Ready to die was a classic. Let's be honest yo, i respect your opinion, but what's real is real. Pac didn't have lyrics. What was his greatest selling album? All Eyez on Me. Lyrically, it wasn't even that great of an album. It was a good album. But not a great one. Biggie did rap about money cars, girls, but the dude was so lyrical when he did spit that it didn't matter. Lyrics, Passion, and Topics are three different things. Pac was very passionate and spit about great topics.

  • AEOM WAS lyrically great Pac was a great lyracist I dont like all of his music but about 75% of it and I like most of Biggie shit but Pacs 75% is out of a much larger amount of songs so he's done more great work and with revolutionary concepts everybody dont have the heart to do that and Pac got some of the grimiest shit too if you want that. Listen to "Troublesome" listen to his music with East coast niggas underground rap Originoo Gunn Clappaz, Heltah Skeltah then holla at me

  • @DeadHeart150 First of all good music doesn't have a region or a coast. East, West, South, Uptown, Good hip hop can come from anywhere. Pac wasn't a great lyricist. He was an AVERAGE one. This is all i'm gonna say brotha, He was good at putting emotion in his songs and rhyming about concepts that were ahead of his times. But that's different then being lyrical. Biggie was sooooo much more lyrical. NAs was so much more lyrical. There are many, many, Mc's that were way more lyrical then pac.

  • @Maradonarules10 Explain "Lyrical" cause it can't mean just catchy hooks, punch lines and metaphors to you cuz u wouldn't have mentioned Nas. and did you listen to those songs I suggested? it aint fair (to you) to argue your position if you don't know what your debating against. Every rapper you admire knows and admits Pac is one of the greatest rappers we've known. They've all said it. Jada Kiss spoke about that and he agrees and you know the LOX love B.I.G.

  • @DeadHeart150 , so what? jada never said pac was a great lyricists! he said great rapper like duke maradonarules said he brought emotions like no other mc & touched on subjects ahead of his time that doesn't make him a mic fiend like rakim or kane! why are you even taling pac? this about wack ass 50 cent & gza the genius!

  • @sfknns I started on Pac cuz I was talking to another mufucka about a side topic. You reading bits and pieces of a conversation and jumpin in. I dont mind you jumpin in but when you do be knowledgeable so you wont ask questions like "why are you even talking pac?" and if Jada deliberately didnt say Pac was a great lyricist then he a fuckin bum cause even he know better than that. a lyricist with Jada's ability know's better he just tryin to be loyal to Biggie. But I dont know what yo excuse is

  • @DeadHeart150 , LOL jada being loyal to biggie? seems to me everyone wants to pick sides biggie or pac I saw you & that other cat saying big is overrated but what about pac ? LOL I think both of them dudes is overrated & its the fans that make it so! acting like pac is some kind of god or some shit like he could do no wrong believing everything that came out duke's mouth or that he was some lyrical wiz & the only mc that was "deep" he said great rapper nothing more nothing less LOL!

  • @sfknns I agree that ofcourse Pac aint no god and hell I dont care for alot that he's done but the songs that I do love are monumental in my eyes. alota shit he has said (now that Im older) I see aint for me but I share his passion for revolution and BIG never gave me that so I cant relate to him as well is all. and I listen to alot of MC's that are very deep it's just that you can feel how most of it is inspired by Pac. just givin him his due credit he's still affecting HipHop

  • @DeadHeart150 , yeah well I love pac to I didn't say he was wack or nothing of that nature I just hate when people act like pac is all hip hop should be & push people like nas & wu tang off to the side pac created a conspiracy that all NY rappers were out to kill him & see his downfall now everybody wants to diss so n so in favor of pac! I mean there are people who literally worship tupac like jesus christ! & I don't think Biggie was even trying to be "deep" LOL what did you expect?

  • @sfknns Naw man Nas and Wu are in the same class as Pac in my opinion I love them. but Biggie only had about 12 or 13 good songs period maybe cuz he died so soon after his career started or not I dont know. But Nas is a genius Meth Gza Ghostface Inspektah Deck Raekwon all amazing even Ol Dirty was creative but when you talk Pac and Big... Big aint on that level. I could see anybody else I named and a few others put against Pac but BIG is like Fabolous and Pac is like... damn nobody is like Pac

  • @DeadHeart150 , LOL how could big only have 12 or 13 good songs period? ready to die & life after death are classic albums! ready to die along with illmatic, 36 chambers, enta da stage, sun rises in the east, & other east coast hip hop albums in that time frame brought east coast hip hop back to the spotlight! you act as though big knew he was gonna pass? big is like fabolous? LOL fab is garbage plain & simple! I'd put DMX over pac any day!

  • @sfknns Life after death wasnt classic. fab is as hot as Big ever was. not as famous but talent wise. DMX is a great artist not better than Pac but close.

  • @DeadHeart150 , LOL I beg to differ ready to die was classic & life after death was a step down from it but still classic! fab is medicore at best maybe he was ok when he first came out LOL! all he raps about chicks this nigga ain't rapped about something different from that since breath back in 04 that was the last song I enjoyed from him! sorry I prefer dmx shit I don't think all pac's albums were all that great I thing AEOM is overrated as hell! MATW is his best & 7 Day Theory!

  • @sfknns aight man

  • @sfknns tupac is kind of overrated though, the only reason he ever got so popular was because 1) he went to jail, 2) he got shot to death. I only like "me against the world" to be honest. "All eyes on me" is also kind of cool, if you want to get drunk. But seriously, all this bullshit surrounding him, like people claiming that he was a poet and that listening to his lyrics would give people perspective, that is just fucktarded. Mediocre at best.

    PREPARE FO THE FLAAAAMES!

  • @megaDudeMegaDude LOL I agree 100% I love pac but people are always making him out to be some god or some shit its like everything dude did people had an excuse for it LOL!

  • @sfknns That's Biggie, not Tupac...

  • @MrSublimerusty , LOL what's not tupac?

  • When rappers that were considered ur opposition, rappers that u've attacked so much so that they're mostly remembered by how you destroyed them lyrically than what they've done in their own carrers and they still say you're 1 of the best. They have no reason to say that at all. Thats because it's undeniable. You have personal reasons for not liking Pac. and I can relate. Pac was dead for 4 yrs. before I gave Jay-Z a chance. Pac said that nigga was wack. And I believed him.

  • @DeadHeart150 I agree with you about 2pac being lyrical. Personally I think his lyrics had more substance than Biggie's, especially throughout Me Against the World and even some songs on the Makaveli one. Juicy and Miss U were the songs that Biggie came closest to having a lot of emotional substance on. But in my opinion, GZA will always be the best lyricist just because he's so intellectual. His rhymes make me laugh every time I hear them because they're so crazy and complex haha.

  • @eye Thats cool I like GZA he's a great lyricist I have no problem with people disagreeing about who's the best between two great artist but Big shouldn't even be in that equation! It's a conspiracy man Rakim, Nas they were too concious for the industry standard so they choose the most popular commercial rapper who was totally overrated cause of his death(which I sincerely think was a copy move lol) to make him "King of N.Y." Canabis is iller than B.I.G.,DMX is iller than B.I.G. I could go on...

  • @DeadHeart150 I agree. B.I.G. is overrated and I personally think Ready to Die is overrated also, but that's just me. His flow and rhyming just really aren't that great to me. In generalIy prefer west coast hip hop--their music has always seemed more memorable and less commercial--but props to Wu-tang for being the innovators that they are. I think innovation is the key, whether it's with lyrics, music, or both. B.I.G. just wasn't an innovator

  • @eyedoctor91 Naw that aint just you at all it's me and anybody who aint brainwashed by the industry. I love west coast rap too and if you wanna hear some hard shit I know this may be far fetched for some but plz check it out lol Xzibit's 1st and 2nd albums AT the Speed of Life and 40 dayz and 40 nightz....CLASSIC this is before he got with Dre. Llisten to both albums from top to bottom u wont be let down

  • @DeadHeart150 Never listened to Xzibit, but I've definitely heard of him. He's in a song on the Marshall Mathers LP, and I like that song. That's an insane album, check it out if you've never heard it.

  • @eyedoctor91 Hell yeah I heard it!! Man I'm a HEAD if its that shit Im up on it. Listen to Xzibit 40dayz n 40 nightz and At the Speed of Life

  • @DamnIwannafck232 I agree, he wasn't the best, but he made good songs and he passed the grade lyrically and with his flow. Also, the passion was there of course. Biggie may have lacked Pac's "passion", but he made up for it with effortless wordplay and clever flow. So clever, he had some lyrics that really made you smile because you wish you thought of it. "Problems with my wife, don't discuss 'em, coupe and lear jets I lust 'em." Biggie was best at doing those lines.

  • @TorgeistLLN That line wasn't shit. Pac's worse line was way better than that. Listen man I like BIG he got some cold shit Ready to Die was amazing and then he has Life After Death which wasn't a great album it had like 3,4 raw tracks on it then he had alota features where he dropped some heat but that aint enough good shit to be the greatest when Pac got 1000 songs and most are classic

  • soulja and 50 got only money GZA got lyrics and he's taking hip hop music straight for many years he's a man 44 years after all.Soulja boy is just 20 years old and fiftty is 35 .They are trying to get money from hip hop selling it to complanies humiliating and destroying hip hop with mixes of R&B and shit we want pure old school hip hop back this crap must go to hell

  • @SuperProfeser can i get an AAAAAMEN!

  • gza is so sick he crush fity in his sleep

  • Any1 who says 50 cent is better needs to get their ass kicked

  • GZA's the scientist who creats the methods for 50 to build with. Both are key I say.

  • GZA ES el mejorrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr no se pueden comparar con ese bencedor,,50 es un rata comparado con GZA

  • i wouldnt cut Souljah Boy any slack regardless. LL Cool J was 17 and dropped a classic "Radio." Rakim was 18, dropped a classic "Paid In Full." Souljah Boy SUCKS!!!

  • @kevindagame thats exactly wut the fuck ive been saying man shit even pac was 17 when he hooked upp with digital after flowing for them
