Greg Puciato spends more time in the gym then M shadows . has been doing this since he was 13 years old . he takes his exercises a lot more serious then M shadows does. M shadows doesn't care about this stuff as much as he does probably focuses on other things and weightlifting is not his favourite thing like greg's.
