  • The genes make up for your unfitness, fairly good physique but under that not enough endurance to keep going, do lower weights-more time-slower pace, thats the way I do it but I don't use weights, I use my body weight for all my exercises. You went dead a minute into exercise!! Then changed to lower weights..did u even warm up?? because it would help, I use a HRM when I train to make sure I don't over do it too fast :)

  • Idk how big u are now but u could be so bigger if u watch how pro bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman, Branch warren work their biceps and get awesome results, plus u got great supplements man u should be huge, u need to work on ur form and techniques.

  • No dude no, seriously, no, u could get waaay better results if u stop doing all those UNNECESSARY movements.

    Just an advice from an avid bodybuilder to another. All u need is a straight bar, no EZ bar never of maybe 35lbs(Wat I use), and another of maybe 20 25lbs after ur done with the 35lbs bar u shred the muscle with the lighter bar, then u do dumbell curls with a good form.

    That's all, all those complicated movements can only tire u before getting the real pump, and that's wat ur missing.

    but yeah superset is supposed to kill the muscle get the blood pumping and get in and out of the gym while giving a positive and negative charge to the muscle you need to toss that into workouts ofter.

  • When you do supersets, you should do the weight you're doing, but higher Reps, and since you do 3 Sets, do 12 - 10 - 8 reps, 12 being first, 10 being second and so on, and pick 5 Different Exercises, you'll probably gain alot more from your workout this way, but it's just an opinion. :)

  • First of all, you're doing almost 3/4 of those curls wrong. Keep your elbows in one spot. Don't move them up or forward. You'll work your shoulder more than your bicep. Second of all, why is one arm stronger than the other? Unless you want to look funky, work on you proportions.

  • @davekicker31 clearly your stupid because whenever you workout any muscle theres the main muscle you are hitting and then the secondary thats why people combine back and biceps because they secondary each other also chest and triceps because they do the same thing all pushing movements but whatever you say buddy.

  • @davekicker31 The only reason why he would want to hit only one muscle is if he was doing an isolation exercise, which barbell curls are not. Compound workouts are more effective than isolation workouts because, like he accurately told your dumb ass, your working a main muscle and one or two secondary muscles as well. You get more gain and overall strength from it.

    Ive seen this guys other vids and people are giving him shit because he's not big. Not everyone wants to fucking massive, idiots.

  • why do you slip up your days by doing chest, triceps and shoulders in one day? Do you switch this up sometimes and do Back/Shoulders? and then Triceps/Chest another day, or do you always do that 3 last, and why?
