  • I learned to dance with this song. I was in junior high in El Paso, Texas and I was going to my first dance one Saturday night. I realized I had never danced before. I had the house to myself, put on this record and started moving around.

  • i wans tempted to dislike .... but someone already did x_x

  • AWESOME movie

  • oooh a video with no dislikes!

  • Great movie and fun song. But this rip sounds somewhat overmodulated :-(

  • To all you Anniston Bulldogs alumni, Jacksonville State Gamecock fans, and fans of various NFL teams, including the Carolina Panthers (like myself): This was the #1 song in the USA when Eric Davis came into the world (January 26, 1968).

  • Who are the 8 people displayed in the picture?

  • who knew back inb the day that Louuisiana's own, John Fred was an international rock god!!!! wow!! Rock on Judy!!! I met him when I was 18 yrs old. he was playing at a charity deal ffor youth in Slidell got pics and autograph, but no longer have them.

    ROCK ON FRED!!!!

  • looove this song!!!!!

  • Judy in disguise with glasses

Lucy in the sky with diamonds

This was a parody of "Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds," which The Beatles released a year earlier. Instead of the psychedelic sound of the Beatles song, this was Bubblegum Pop, but with similarly obtuse lyrics.

  • @7beers Indeed! John Fred wrote this after he listened to "sgt. pepper", He thought the Beatles were singing "Lucy in disguise with diamonds" and was disappointed when he saw the album liner notes, so ended up writing this!

  • superb song and great film 10+
