Its amazing they are so fickle with localization in the US and Europe, pretty much every JRPG sells better elsewhere than in Japan, its a treasure trove of off shore income for them and a guilty pleasure for us >=3.

I think they didn't localized tales of vesperia because the previous tales game (tales of the abyss(?)) did not meet their target....it's just my guess..ins0mniakk1 is right somehow.. :)

@frostieschocopop You can't pre-order Graces yet, as far as I know because the Japanese version is already out so pre-order is impossible and the American English version hasn't been set for a date yet.

I'm not too sure about the European version, but yeah I don't think you can pre-order it. Just gotta wait till some time around 2012 to get it.

Lol, Rainfall is Nintendo of America's fault ...But for the Tales disaster we can say "thanks" to Bandai Namco ... @tnguitarhero I guess it's more like a mix of both, you get AC, which is like CC, but is used up by 1 for any arte, and the Base-Master-Arcane chain is removed and now the amount of moves you can chain depends on the AC.

TP is still there to prevent too much spamming, though from what I've seen, TP regen from normal attacks are much higher (now 5, previously 1), though considering the amount of artes you'd use if you have 10 AC, I'd say it's pretty balanced.
