I would suggest using roxul / sound max types of insulation instead of what you've got here, It's only a few dollars more per bag! - It doesn't sag down over time creating cold spots at the top of the wall, it doesn't sag down after it's been wet, it greatly resists molds and mildew, it adds great sound dampening and best of all its fire proof! - It's insulation made from recycled slag from steel mils. It has a Grey-Green colour and is sold under different brand names.

.. it also doesn't Itch you as bad as Pink and Yellow insulation and is way easier to work with! Cut it to size with a Large serrated knife ..like a big bread knife. - I also use a piece of this insulation while torching copper pipes for fire protection when installing reverse osmosis water filtration. Place a piece between the pipe and the wall as a fire break.
