I'm looking for ways to suppliment my income. I thought finding lost valuables w/ a metal detector was an original idea, but you obviously thought of it before I did. Great minds think a like hehe. My idea was to drive up and down our very busy beaches w/ a large folding sign in back of my truck reading LOST RINGS/KEYS/PHONE? ect
Hey Guy! Congrats on the new detector and GoPro!! I just got a new Minelab X-Terra 705 Gold pack and also upgraded my GoPro to a Hero2. Two things, I bought the LCD back for the camera, that way I can see/review what I'm filming in the field (also use it on my motorcycle) and I bought the "harness" to mount it on my chest (it gets a closer view of my detecting). For wind, made a cover from "fake fur: to encompass the camera housing except for the front and use velcro to attach it.

Much better camera than the other one you used. I love watching your videos I just wanted to know where in B.C. did you buy your Garrett pro pointer as I only know one place on Hasting St that sells very little metal detecting stuff made by minelab detectors. Happy New Year to you & your family.
