You're good. You have the tone of voice down, but you need to work on being less robotic, both with your body language and your pace. You're trying too hard to avoid stepping over your words, but by doing this you're also weakening your pace, which bores your audience members a bit. Didn't mean to critic you by the way, you've got potential for bigger reports then youtube blogs!
