Hmmm; his style hasn't really changed much throughout his career. The usual are D,G,C,F. Seldom are A and E. With Minors being C# and B. Only key un-used is F# and B major. I think.

i agree! when i play his songs by ear (a skill i developed only recently... hehe ;D), i too notice how the keys for most of his songs are the same! a good technique if you ask me. it keeps his style simple and easy to pick up after.

and my! your 'ear' playing is magnificient! this song is really hard to play! a true talent to the world of piano, you are. good job!

hey that's some good playing yet again. i realise that your left hand usually plays a certain way. like.. a G to a G and goes back up and down again and then maybe like.. change to a D and a D.. and then may improvise and change a little bit. am i right? no matter what you do have a good ear =)
