  • her whole costumes perfect . . . i so want one exactly the same.

  • the real drama seen with mock turtle were skipped

  • This is awesome! Just like in the book:)

  • I love how the set and costumes mimic the original illustrations!

  • she looks sexy!? wtf she looks too old to be Alice!

  • That is one sexy Alice they've got there.

  • :O that's the best mock turtle suit i've ever saw

  • the joke of the turtle is the joke of the soup, anyone get that?

  • i think them laughing at the jokes ruins it. the point is they're all mad. in my opinion they would be saying it seriously.

  • I got the role of the mock turtle for my school play of Alice in wonderland :] does anyone know if that's a huge role of the play ? I just wanna know honestly :] lmao

  • me too but i hope it isnt like this song. i hope it is like the one in that reallly long movie of alice

  • when alice is reciting the jabberwocky poem she sounds british, than later she sound american.

    what the heck?

  • @SaraSuicide13 thats because you CAN'T perform the jabberwocky without sounding british XD Even I'm sounding a bit british when I'm trining it and I'm german X'D

  • Alice is too bitchy and the Mock Turtle not sad enough. Also, why are they laughing at their own jokes? It's supposed to make perfect sense to them; all Carroll's jokes are based on logic and...I'm sorry, this is just a bastardisation.

  • I totally agree. Alice seems smug and lacks innocence...she's meant to be learning things as she goes through the story, but the way she acts its as if she already knows it all....and watching the Mock Turtle is painful...he's like a washed up cabaret actor who laughs at all his own jokes...the jokes are funnier when they aren't laughed at by the person who is delivering them...more subtleness required!! Hallmark version = MY FAVE.

  • i very much agee they sort of butchered it still the actings ok

  • sign me up

  • no offense, but the 1999 hallmark version is way better than this(well its the best version of alice in wonderland ever) gene wilder is the mock turtle, and the same goes for whoever played the griffin with gene

  • i have a feeling the tim burton one will be wicked.

  • As long as they don't have American accents. Half the puns don't work that way.

  • too bad they couldn't get peter sellers to reprise his role as the march hare-best one to date.

  • Hmmm. I seem to recall the Mock Turtle as a sad creature who was very serious in what he said. He looked sad in his depiction in the book.

I always thought the irony of it all was that even though every word that came out of his mouth was a joke, he was actually dead serious about what he was talking about.

  • As mouch as i love that they use the scrip of the ogrinal book, but i hate her american accent. Alice is supposed to be a little victorian girl. My favourite mock turtle is Gene Wilder

  • the mock turtle sounds kinda like Bing Crosby.

  • RINGO DID IT BETTER!!

  • donald o' conner is a wonderful actor and one of my favorites, he does a great job as the mock turtle.

  • I love the costumes in this version.

  • yes, I believe they were inspired from illustrations from the book.

  • That woman's strong american accent just slaughters Alice's young, english, school-girl character.

  • Alice is to old.

  • This is my fav version of alice in wonderland! Thank you Thank you!!

  • he looks like a Rudyard Kipling drawing from "Just so stories"!

  • The turtle is the scariest thing i have ever ever seen in my life!!!

  • Oh, my boyfriend did the Mock Turtle in his school play of Alice in Wonderland. "ONCE I was a real turtle...*sobs*". But why isn't he getting upset ever second like he is in the book.

  • This is my FAVORITE scene! Thanks!

  • Yes I agree! I don't care he's still great =]

I think he has such a nice voice

  • I definitely agree!! But yet, still amazing. =)

  • alice yes its alic
