okay, for all you fucking idiots out there, this song is about his mother. she abandoned him. yes it does have some things about his brother in it, hence the lyrics "brother, put your needles down", but mainly the song is about him and how he feels about his mother. watch his interview with bryan stars, and he'll talk about his mom a little bit.

Ronnie is a talented singer no doubt but he committed multiple felonies, violated his probation and went on the run he sentence was deserved.
