@joshual15 Hey Bro! Yea managed to get it smooth for sure, but kind of took it a different direction. Thats the best part about music. Everyone has there own voice and you can take a sentence like this one and say it 1,000,000,000,000 different ways! Yo I would love to see that video post it as a response!! I love what you're doing man. I'm with you on the "groove before fills" philosophy. But then I hear cats like Aaron, Calvin, and Teddy and transcribe their licks (I got a book full of 'em) just so I can learn them. I'm really glad you posted this video with mistakes and all. How else are we gonna learn? Keep it up!

@smurd82 Wow Thanks so much for your comment! Yes, My whole philosophy is POCKET FIRST! (hard to put money in no pockets you know? lol) But it is good fun learning these types of fills or chops. Plus always nice to have a "back pocket" with some of these in there! :-) lol yo Im glad you got the reference! I feel this is true, to much hating going on with musicians right now.
