@johnmonk66 Except, you know, do anything without covering the screen in fingerprints. Every day I wish my android had a nice, precise stylus. Clicking links with giant fingertips is a pain in the ass on a 3.7 inch screen.
I`ve been following some Powerdrive threads at 1src and found out that many irated Powerdrive users have reported similar cases of ireversible damage to their LDs after 300 resets. Their devices have gone completely dead. Has this problem been fixed in the latest Powerdrive software release? I was pretty much interested in getting Powerdrive and giving an extended life to my LD, but what now? Thanks
@alexbrazviana I've done reset to my LD way more than 300 times.. I'm not sure how much but yes.. lots of resets and it keeps working great. This is a great device I'm still ver attached to it and I think it will be like that for a long time. Thanks for your comments

Esta increible hermano, y estoy seguro que vale (in the sense of worth) mas que cualquier handheld mas nuevo, tengo uno en condiciones de agencia, esta nuevecita, me la regalaron en el 2005 para mi universidad, y soy tan excesivo en el cuidado de mis cosas que solo tiene un mini ligero golpe que le dio uno de mis hermanos, en cualquier momento me busco el how-to completo para aventarmela y disculpa por ser copion pero dejarla como la tuya, no tiene madre... felicitaciones caray..
@elknof1 Claro!! y nada de copion!!.. mas bien la idea es NO dejar que la industria nos "obsoletize" a su antojo, el LD es un excelente dispositivo con el horse power necesario para las aplicaciones de hoy dia.. y mas!... Cualquier consejo con todo el gusto del mundo.

@snoopy4ever yeah, its more likely an electronic books. its in the software and need to install in computer and then to lifedrive. it might work. and for the pen of this palm pocket, can the pencil from DS can work? lol. the pencil is missing thats why.

Pues con la Life Drive tengo un teclado inalambrico aparte que se desdobla y es super practico.
La navegacion por internet es mejor.. pero si debo ser honesto el Blazer es el peor web browser que existe... sin embargo es suficiente para revisar tu correo ver algunas paginas y responder a los mensajes.
Teclado: busca un programa llamado MINIKEYBOARD que brinda un buen teclado en pantalla que puedes usar con tus dedos.
Navegación: allí estamos limitados. Pero si investigas lo suficiente podrás instalar también otros navegadores (Netfront, Picsel browser y Opera MIni) y compararlos con el Blazer a ver cual te gusta más
yes.. TealOS works totally great on landscape mode, the Battery works as well as before, although I replaced 10 months ago for a longer life one., since is so addictive to work with that interface you spend more time enjoying and therefore running on batteries.
I definitely want to do the upgrade. I've seen a video or two on repairing the LD so I should be able to replace the 4 GB flash drive with a 16 or 32 GB flash drive or I can send it to the guy I bought it from to do that.
(I'm bummed, if I had seen this video before I bought the LD I would have had him do the upgrade then.)
That being said, I can use any advice or tips that you want to share.
Can I send my lifedrive to palmpowerups for this upgrade or would I have to perform the flash drive and downloads myself? I have a lifedrive that I purchased with a 4GB flash replacing the microdrive.
Thanks.. . I love the way my LD is performing now. You will have to buy teh new Flash memory and buy the software from PalmPowerUps and install everything yourself. If you decide to do so, pls let me know I have some advices for that.
I loved the PDA phase we went through, but phones can do all this now, the day of the PDA is passed.
