Alexander Ovechkin is twice as good as Crosby...Marian Hossa is another player better than Crosby. I can go on forever about players that are better. Crosby is great but not even close to the best. I don't see how he can be Captain when he isn't even a leader.

@pottergoth14 Ovechkin would have won the scoring title last year except he was suspended for a couple of games, and he got injured. And Crosby's golden goal wouldn't have been necessary if he had passed the puck at all in the olympics.

Im a flyers fan and i see Crosby v. the Flyers more than Ovenchkin and Hossa...Whenever Ovenchkin or especially Hossa has the puck i am scared bc of what they are capable of doing with it. Crosby, ehhh he usually just gets the shit checked out of him whenever he touches the Puck v. Philly. Then when no-ones looking he will get a cheap shot..like always.

Cindy might get a lot of points but thats just because he has his butt buddy Malkin to set him up all the time. If you want to talk best overall. Datsyuk is the only choice. No man can handle the puck like him and he can play Offense as well as D if needed. He is hands down the NHL's best overall player. Lets see Cindy work a puck like the Datsyukian one. Not a chance.

@DIVAD291 The both can score goals but only one has the good moves and can produce turnovers like none other. you obviously dont realize that there is more to hockey than scoring goals so if you could realize that you would know that Pavel would be the better choice any time.

Lemieux, Roy, Howe, Gretzky, etc... crosby's ok but u are mistaken if u think scoring is all that matters, or else Vancouver or the sharks would have a Cup by now. And crosby only has his name on one Cup, Ovie isn't on the cup. Sedin twins aren't, Dats already has his name on twice and thats because Hockey is a team sport, and although crosby can score goals he cant do much else. Datsuk is well rounded and can play O or D.
