  • My Grandfather: William Ezel Bledsoe, served in France in World War One. When he first arrived in France, he was assigned to: graves registration. Identifying and marking the corpses of the American men who were killed serving. He was a casualty of mustard gas from German shelling. He suffered lung problems as a result of this all of his life. He was marching to the front under German shellfire to take his place in the trenches when World War One ended. I love you, GrandDaddy!!!!
