saw an earlier (or later?) version of this band in Miami in 1978 or so... Sonship Theus and TM Stevens were on drums & bass, respectively. But this is definitely Jan Hammer's old rhythm section: Tony 'Thunder' Smith & Fernando Saunders...

@freedavibe No, no this is NOT Dennis Chambers, Dennis started to play with Mc Laughlin only around the 90´s. This drummer is the ' One Truth Band ' drummer., Tony Smith.

I was 18 years old in 1978, and was blessed to see this particular line up at a college auditorium on Long Island, New York. Mclaughlin is SOOO BAD-ASS!
