Thank you for your tutorial! After doing this, can I still take my files from my PC and put them onto the external hard drive?? Because I bought my ex. hard drive so I can place both my old files from my PC -and- my new files from my Mac onto it.

HI, i just did what you showed us and i thank you for the tip, but whenever i finally click on erase it says DISK ERASE fAILED Disk errase failed with error. could not unmount disk . what can i do in those cases?
