That was a nice video. I would add that punishment used to extinguish behavor doesn't always produce the desired result. According to Skinner's research, if the behavior brings on some form of reward that is not removed from the environment, punishment may instead initiate what is known as deviant behavior. This measn that the subject will not stop or extinguish the behaviro, but will instead modify the behavior un such a way as to avoid punishment.
