  • wow

  • i hate bitterness i hate sweetness i love everthing in between

  • can we give it up for the lovely graphic painting so chilled

  • i have the volume up as much as a crappy pc allows

  • Probably my favourite on "Night Owl", though the whole LP is excellent. My favourite album of his. Those chord progressions!

  • @fonzithornton Yeah it's a good song for sure. Although City To City was also a memorable album and a massive seller, i'd say Night Owl was his creative peak but hey the man could do no wrong in my book throughout his long but sporadic career. His first solo outing from '71 is a forgotten folk/pop gem. Caught him live in '93, great show.

    Cheers. (David.)

  • Thanks so much for posting the Nigh Owl entire album. It's very hard to find anymore for sale. Unfortunately I never bought it new being here in the States and with us being addicted to "City to City", Nigh Owl didn't do as well sale wise, which is a shame, because I absolutely LOVE most songs on this album. Days Gone Down wasn't even known nearly as much as "City to City". I have both of the other ones, just not Nigh Owl. Thanks again.

  • Funeral next Friday (21st) in St Mirin's Cathedral in Paisley : might see you there .....

  • My favourite GR song too

  • I remember when this Album came out. It should have WON GRAMMY of the Year.

  • A personal favourite

  • I want to be The First to Comment on this Song. One of the GREATEST Songs that GERRY Has ever recorded.

  • @EnglandsGreatest6859 I agree with that! Love the chord progression in this too!
