People always complain about how Noel and Liam shouldve put all of these great bsides on the albums. But i think not only is a great thing they didnt, i also think they left them off purposefully. So there would be a small group of Oasis fans who got the true meaning of what there about, who listened to there best stuff like this song. Maybe it deserved to be on an album. But is it really a bad thing that it wasnt?

You certainly missed great times and music along with the Stone Roses, Charlatans a whole lot more but i had the same regrets as you for not growing up with The Jam and the like. Didnt stop us listening to the music though and continue to listen to it to this day. Along with the Beatles and all the other greats. As for this track I remember listening to it full pelt in the house, must have drove me mental!

Foo Fighters sound is rather borrowed.

@themadtonic Well if you look at who I was reply to (not you!), they mentioned that this sounding like a Foo's track. This style of music has been around longer than the they have in the U.S and many UK 'Shoegaze' bands also made similar music way before Foo Fighters were around.

@96Dano coz it doesn't have the level 4 it. if you compare it with the other b-sides of 94 and the tracks on DF, definitely (maybe) is the weakest song of that era. that's not a song for oasis, gods can be mistaken sometimes

I imagine this is around the time that noels song writing was changing! You can definitely see the difference in this song than the others he wrote around the time. Theres still quite a lot of the stone roses in there in this tune. Im not going to say it sounds weak because it doesnt, but you can really see the difference between this than even the other b sides such as fade away, dya wanna be a space man and cloudburst!
