That's called a rollback which is normal and expected. Nothing malfunctioned with the ride, nothing was dangerous about it, its just gravity got the better of the ride.

actually, this rolls back about 1 out of 500. Top thrill dragster, however, which is in Ohio (cedar point), is supposed to be slower at the top and rolls back every 1 out of 100. But, It's supposed to be really fun on a rollback, kuz its freefall, and then you just get to go again without getting out! Sweet!
