The issue is that he is not and cannot be a natural-born citizen as required under the constitution to be a legitimate president, i.e., one born of two U.S. citizen parents. Obama's father was a Kenyan, therefore he fails the test of natural-born citizenship. The founders inserted the NBC clause to guard against a person of divided loyalties assuming the presidency, which is exactly what has happened.

One of the parts of my job was to examine original birth and death certificates for originality, correctness and errors. I would have to see and FEEL an original certificate, to determine if it was an actual, official document. There are many factors that can determine if the document is false.
