I'm afraid that because of the PG rating the film will shy away from the gritty stuff that is nonetheless important. The sectumsempra scene, I heard from someone who saw an advanced screening, was kind of lame and glossed over.

Oh, but I'm okay with that though, I didn't like how the last two were so intense that they weren't kid-friendly enough to be PG. Don't get me wrong or anything, I'm a huge fan of the series, (I even memorized every line of the first and second films) but I don't like how since Goblet of Fire, the series took on a darker tone. I thought I'd never see the day where there would be another PG Harry Potter. It was like seeing gas prices drop.

I personally thing that they should film a load of extra scenes, so all together the movie would be about 3 hours, and just cut scenes they dont need from the theatrical cut, then, when it comes on dvd, release an extended edition where there are no cut scenes, kinda like what the LOTR extended editions are like.
