I mentioned this in another video, but it seems to me that when ever roger congratulates nadal or vice versa, that he always gives him a little hug and a pat on the head, like hes a little kid or a younger brother. I know hes just being respectful, but I thinks its different with nadal. You woudn't see him patting novak's head or face. Its like a cute father son, or teacher student relationship.
