Nah, I don't think so. Corpse Bride was totally done to perfection and only Danny Elfman could really do the music for that. Although, Voltaire should get a musical of some sort. It'd do a hell of a lot better than Mamma Mia for ABBA.
I think that 3 hours of root canal footage would be better than Mama Mia was. I had to see it for a musical theatre class, and I just walked the hell out and took the F. lol.
And everyone just EXPECTS Danny Elfman music in a Tim Burton film, which is why anything besides it would seem odd.
But Voltaire should DEFFINATELY have his own musical. You're right about that one.
