  • Quite abit of yard shots, haha the dude stole your water

  • DAMN this song would work real good w/ my vids, but I dont wanna be called a copycat

  • Love the picture of the Heritage III at 1:34

  • George, was this really your first vid uploaded to utube, or were there others that have been deleted? I ask because if its the first, it is a GREAT first effort!

  • Basically, I first started out with a few regular videos and this one, which was technically my 3rd or 4th video, but it was the very first soundtrack video that I ever made that I uploaded. When I made this video, I had only been playing around with Windows Movie Maker for a month or so, and I thought WMM was a big deal back then, lol! I've gotten a lot better with editing and things since then with some of my newer videos, but it's always fun to go back and look at the old work I've done.

  • Well, I guess you must be a natural then lol. I do hope you don't delete your earlier vids as time moves on. To be able to go back and look at the early days is a good thing for both the creator and the viewer. Yes its easy to say.. wow I really sucked back then, but I think its important to keep the earlier things up because they still are documenting change, something that comes way too quickly in our hobby.

Hope u get your computer issues straightened out.. nothing more irritating eh?

  • cool 5 stars

  • nice 1! how many trains run thru oroville each day?

  • Thanks! Well on average I'd say about 40 in a 24 hour period. However lately, there has been maybe 10 or 12 in a 24 hour period. Much of the reason I'm sure is due in part to the slow economy. If you refer to my Thanksgiving Break Railfanning videos part 1 and 2, you will see what I mean in the descriptions. Shots in this video were mainly taken between Dec 2007 and May 2008, when there was still a decent amount of trains running through daily.

  • Sorry, I meant cab picture.

  • Nice job! I like the cab footage!

  • awesome is all I've got to describe this. you should submit some of your work to Railfan & Railroad for the "Final Frame" shot.

  • You take incredible pictures George. I defenitely favorited this. 10/5* lol

  • lol, thanks!

  • Hey awesome photos and video at the end!

  • Thanks!

  • fabulous!

  • That's what I was going for! Thanks!

  • 1:48 my favorite! great vid! keep it up!

  • Thanks! Yeah, I like that shot too. That was actually taken on April 2, of this year, during the 5 or 6 days of spring we had because we had a very dry last winter and only got 50% of normal precipitation, so I'm glad I got a few shots of the green while it was still around! Our past April and May was like our usual June and July! That's why I refer to all of California's water going down the drain in #2, because our lake levels are very low, and what's left of it is going down the spillway!

  • Hard core vid!! 5 stars!!!! Awsome shots around Oroville!

  • Thanks!:)
