Some nice shooting with that G36, I just aquired one of these myself, I have only taken it out a couple of times but am more than pleased with its performance. After having nothing but 9mm pistols my 45 quickly became my favorite to shoot.
@EricStevenParrish Congratulations on getting your hands on one of these wonderful little hand grenades, they sure do shoot nice, don't they? Have fun with it.
Nice vid and shooting. The G36 is my CCW. After reading some of Jeff Coopers books and watching Hickok45 shoot long range I took my G36 out and was soon nailing an 18" plate on my range at 165 yards, even got 6 hits in a row once. People that say these guns aren't accurate simply do not know how to shoot!
@boltactionshooter Thank you. Reading Jeff Cooper always gets me fired up to go try something with a firearm. "To Ride, Shoot Straight, and Speak the Truth" is an interesting book, as is "Art of the Rifle". The polygonal rifling of these Glocks make for such consistent accuracy, even in the sub compacts, that a guy just has to air them out once in a while. Sounds like you have your G36 pretty well mastered if you can do that six times without a miss.
@theKGB65 I am quite sure luck had a bit to do with that:-) Needless to say I did not shoot anymore that day. I am nowhere in the realm of a master with a pistol but I am pretty fair with a high powered bolt action.
Good Shooting I agree they are good guns I grew up shooting them and am very profficiant with one. I have done that 100 yard shot with the G23. All around best carring gun in my book
@livinfishin Sounds like you had it made when you grew up, that would be great to have one of those when I was young, but they didn't exist at the time. Things weren't so bad, though, I had grampa's 1911 from WW2 in my dresser drawer when I was 14, could barely afford the ammo, though. The Glock 23 is really nice, I have an RTF-2 with the curved serrations on the slide, should be a collector some day.
@Eversandero Yep, I remember that one. The irony in this is that when I made my Hickok45 parody of the Glock 27 at 230 yards, my camera man was hitting a steel plate with a hatchet.
Bubba, I love my 36, but I cant shoot like that!!

With shooting like that, you don't need a rifle

@dgl1962 Thanks, I don't need a rifle as long as whatever I'm shooting doesn't move... ever.

Your mother in law did a good job of hitting a pot with a hammer behind the camera after those shots:)

Really good shooting, once again proof, it's the shooter not the gun.
