Great show guys! I think you should always have music playing in the background! Sorry you have to talk about the same thing over and over again! If I ever make it into the comic book industry things will be ALLOT different! Demonic Super Heroes, Alien kids, and a black punk rocker with pink hair who built his own lazer gun and got into allot of trouble! Until my projects go mainstream, I will keep dreaming, and you guys keep up the good work!

@comicculturewarrior I miss you guys : ( Recently in Peru we had a comic convention with artists such as eduardo risso, ariel olivetti, Gabriel Ba and Fabio Moon, A lot of graphic novels have come to bookstores, literally I have found X`ED OUT by charles burns on a local library shortly after it was translated, it is amazing to see this growth and I have to thank you for doing videos filling in the "sequential art gap" in my teenage life while comics did not get here. Hope you come back soon.

Well, Marvel just cancelled my only Marvel title. Fantastic Four, where the Marvel Age really started, is cancelled & replaced w/ a bright shiny new # 1. Crass. Cynical. Idiotic. Call it what you will. Unfortunately, there will be enough dumbshits who buy into the hype,giving Qesada the impression that he's doing something right by kicking us long term readers in the nads....again. I was not aware of all these other crap tactics. To hell w/ Marvel. To hell w/ Disney for not firing Q's idiot ass.

@Stepper11 You do realize that this isn't the first time Marvel has 'canceled' then 'relaunched' FF, right? It was done for the Heroes Reborn event, then 'Heroes Return.' It's only a matter of time before Marvel decides to resume the old numbering system anyway, like to 'celebrate' the 1000th issue of FF or whatever. Just saying. :) Elliott

Marvel is a business and a very successful one at that. Their number one priority is to (gasp) make money. Expect to see Marvel's prices stay where they are unless DC continues to steal the market share. As far as events go, Marvel promised the fans a break from big events. There's no way they would promise no more events ever. That's just absurd. However, I do agree with ALL of your comic recommendations. I just can't share your negative outlook on the industry as a whole.

If anything, I said at the conclusion of our rant that we'll be trying to focus on the positives. There are a LOT of good books out there that don't get enough attention. far beyond what Marvel and DC publish. Just because we may take Marvel to task on certain issues, it doesn't mean we're down on ALL comics. Thanks again for commenting! Elliott
