Some of yall are the reason americans are thought to be stupid. Texas is the envy of the nation because it is the shining example of economic recovery and a state considered to be the #1 economic model. Perry was governor at this time. So what is your solution, fire him for his good work.

There has never been a Govenor, including Mark White, who has been less popular than Rick Perry in my memory. I do not know of anyone who likes the guy including Republicans.

Correction 3 other people. The only people who voted for Rick Perry are the idiots who always vote for whoever has an R next to their name. Rick Perry has ruined this State. Ann Richards did a much better job and was much more reflective of the character of Texas, even though she sucked too.
Neocons have ruined the Republican Party, and Perry is one of the worst Neocons in the country.

Yeah, his NAFTA superhighway (Property of Spain) is going to do wonders for this State. I also really like all of Rick Perry's extra taxes! I think those are great!
Under Ann Richards we had some of the best roads in the Country, Bush and Perry have let them fall apart. Rick Perry sucks!

whatever dude, i dont understand why a governor's success solely rest on the fact that there are good roads within the state. its not even built yet!! but still ppl THINK they can tell whats gonna happen in the future and plus its not like you'll have to drive on it anyway
