You are making a mistake. Skopje is not in Macedonia. Macedonia stops just south of Prilep. Skopje is mostly an Albanian city and it has never belonged to historic Macedonia.
That is right, and their neighbours in Shukta are western Bulgarians, southern Serbs and especially Albanians. The Macedonians, like most good Greeks, live in their native Greek lands.
The map has a big mistake!! It shows Macedonia streching from the Aegean to Kosovo, as if FYROM belonged to Greece! Please! Greece and its historic province of Macedonia does NOT claim FYROMian territory. Greece supports FYROM's territorial integrity!
