  • The defendant is an idiot and the cop is an authoritarian soulless goon.. but not unprofessional..EVERYONE in the situation that the defendant was in would hate it; being treated like a criminal, being shown no empathy. There is no question that the cop by the traditional definition was "rude", but he did not do or say anything that his job did not allow him. I've personally witnessed cases where cops show real misconduct (swearing, racial slurs, insults) and this case showed none of that.

  • The plaintiff is a sure win for Uncle Fester Addams

  • @zainol2010

    Duh-nuh-nuh-nuh *snap-snap*

  • Whoa!! that tape recording blew that idiot right out of the water, the cop was quick, and hasty, but certainly not rude or abusive.

What the idiot should have done was as soon as the lights came on behind him, put his 4 way flashers on and then drive to the lot like he did and pull over. The 4 ways tell the cop that you acknowlege him and intend to pull over, otherwise he's going to assume you are just trying to drive off.

  • Mr.influenza or whatever his name is IS A BIG BIG BIG CRY BABY!. what a fucking homobag! ( and now ive just insulted gay people!)

  • I don't think he was wrong to want to read the ticket before he signed it. You should read everything before you sign something. Do you think I would just sign a contract because the leasing agent says, "But I already read everything to you"?

  • That Inzunza dude is the biggest crybaby, pretentious, asswipe I've ever seen on Judge Judy.

  • typical fat pig

  • i think when ppl so IGNORANTLY use the imaginary word "irregardless," they actually mean to say "irrespective." yu can learn mucho mucho from JJ!

  • ewwwww this is the one where the girl behind the D picks her nose and eats it ewwwww 8:51

  • think about it. your in the back of an ambulance in so much pain from god knows what needing to get there before you die, and this dickhead won't get out of the way because condoms are more important. I guess Moral of the story is . if you don't value life than no one will value yours. too bad fucker. me I do value life and I would get out of the way. even if you are a fucking jerk. yeah even for you cause you don't deserve to die in misery even if you cause it.

  • @imogen1885 and @salmalicious100 does the words morals or standards or even family values mean ANYTHING at all to you??? you'd be cursing at this guy till you turned purple int he face if he never got out of the fucking way when you were the one in the ambulance BEHIND him and he being as self-centered as he obviously is (inzunza) never got out of the fucking way and let you die on YOUR way to the hospital. he'd say too bad I had to go to the pharmacy and get condoms that was more important.

  • Don't you love people who try to make law enfourcement look that bad when the police are just doing exactly what their job is and that officer was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY too nice to that idiot. " can you put the correct color of my car there? it's silver not tan" idiot OFCOURSE the color will look different with sun glasses on you fucking idiot PAY THE TICKET AND STOP HARASSING OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!! retard.

  • but i don't understand why do officers always record wts happening. lol

  • @salmalicious100 It's a legal requirement for police officers. It is so that they can not be accused of poor conduct etc.

  • @Imogen1885 it's not about growing up, it's just an easy way 2 get some money, y not.. The thing is when a cop is suing someone he knows for sure that he didn't say nothing wrong, he might have said it in a way that pisses off someone, and obviously the court won't know that..they take only wt has been said. which wsnt wrong

  • Another pansy-ass cop suing because someone said something mean about him. Grow up.

  • For a School Psychologist he acts like a dork !!!!!!! Being a professional , as he claims to be ... , he should know that another professional (the police officer) had to risk HIS SAFETY to make sure that he did his job !!!!! I feel that the School Psychologist" needs to go back to the University and get some seminars in " Professional Respect and the effect of professional frustration " ........

  • This happened to me and the cop drove past me and cut me off. He then reached into my car, grabbed my arm and yanked me out with his right hand on his gun, ready to pull it, and said "get out of the car asshole". I was 16 at the time and I had a witness with me so I should have filed a complaint on this guy. I'm no fan of traffic cops and I realize why they exist(to supplement the state's income), but when as a driver I don't feel safe pulling over immediately there needs to be some leeway.

  • Cop acted an ass and is an ass and the other guy is just a liar. Had he just said the truth a record would have been made and he probably would have gotten out of the failure to yield.

  • @clyde421 I agree, he could've beat that charge if it truly was at least somewhat unsafe to pull over there.

  • JJ was biased when they came in the courtroom. She seemed determined to believe the cop no matter what. The statement about "I dont care if its safe to pull over or not" he may have gotten that mixed up and not said it correctly, but that doesnt make him a liar. Plus he is allowed to read before he signs and the officer is clearly not letting him.

  • @poisoncupcake74 Gee, I wonder why. She obviously had already heard the tape and seen all of the evidence, like all other cases. I'd say at least 75% are pretty much over before they start because of the evidence. The other 25% it is necessary to talk to the litigants to find out the relevant info and to cross examine the P's,D's, and witnesses. Pretty standard actually.

  • I am a Law Enforcement Officer. Relative to the failure to yield. You are legally allowed to, when being pulled over by law enforcement, continue on into an area you feel safe. As long as you are doing so in a safe manner. If as the D said, He did not feel safe pulling over on that stretch of road he is allowed to continue along in a safe and controlled manner to a safe area. I attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle with a light out at 11 at night.

  • @Charagrin it was along a major but unlit stretch of road in mid Maine. The driver of the vehicle did not immediately pull over and I followed them while flashing my lights for about 5 miles before they pulled in to a well lit gas station. When I walked up to the vehicle it contained 4 teenage females. And the driver explained she did not feel safe pulling over out in the dark. That is perfectly legal and reasonable as she did so safely. Just an FYI to people out in youtubeland.

  • @Charagrin The other thing I noticed is the officer pressuring him to sign it without reading it first. I am not saying the officer all over all was wrong, but you are allowed to read and verify information with an officer who is citing you.

  • Oh my God. I certainly do not want a liar as my children's school psychologist!!!!

  • The D is such a sissy douche! School psychologist, ouch...

  • yeeeaaah another JJ uploader :) thanks

  • Oh...nevermind, I just saw the part with the recording. lol the D's goose is cooked, as JJ would say.

  • I think JJ is way too partial towards police officers in these types of cases. Sometimes people feel very scared when they're being pulled over for the first time, and police officers can seem kind of gruff even if they're not trying to be. Also, how does she expect anybody to remember EXACTLY what was said 8 or 9 months ago?

  • @ses418 have you ever seen a defendant justified in filing a report against the officer? I've seen 4 and they have all been absolutely unfounded and untrue!

  • @brynnEsampson lol no, you're right, I've never seen JJ rule in the driver's favor. However there was one time that there was an elderly woman who filed a complaint against an officer, and I could kind of understand her point of view...she probably had never been stopped in all her 100 years of driving, and I could see how the officer's refusal to debate whether or not she was speeding (completely right on his part) could have made her feel like she was being mistreated.

  • @ses418 lmao! 100 years of driving

  • @ses418 I know the case youre talking about and I dont see how in the world you could see her point of view at all. No matter how long she's been driving, she's been alive long enough to know when she is or isnt getting mistreated. She was just being an old bitch. Then she had the AUDACITY to accuse the officer of being sexist towards females. I laughed my ass off when JJ brought out his record showing he has actually pulled over more men than women! Hilarious!

  • @areYouSerious41 Yea the best part of these cases is always when they play the recording ^_^. And I dunno, you're probably right, it was obvious that she was in the wrong. I just felt like, I could see a doddering old lady getting all flustered by being pulled over, and then possibly seeing him pull over another woman three days later and deducing that he only pulls over women. But yea, I suppose doddering old ladies can't be let off the hook just because they're doddering.

  • @ses418 The blonde Asian girl?? LOL yes, I remember that stupid b****! I laughed my ass of when Judge Judy put her in her place! Classic!

  • @areYouSerious41 hahaha yes the blonde asian girl...ugh I felt like punching her. Hey you know it's nice to discover I'm not the only one who's seen so many of these JJ cases that I can name specific ones O_o.

  • @areYouSerious41 Oh I just realized you were referring to when JJ revealed the stats of all the people that officer pulled over, not when he played the recording. Btw, that case was quite unique because there was another one with that same officer, suing a bratty young girl for the same reason. Have you seen it?

  • i was being pulled over for speeding on a narrow 1 lane road so i put my blinker on and then drove prob 1/2 a mile until i saw a parking lot. the cop asked why i didnt pull over i said sorry and i didnt want him to get hit... the cop he basically said thanks and didnt write me a ticket. sucks for this guy... maybe he shouldnt have been a total asshole. its been my experience that if youre nice to cops, then theyre usually nice to you.
