It happens to almost every band once they start to blow up and get big. All the money starts rolling in, life gets better, and suddenly you have a whole different set of influences while making music. The rough edges and harder riffs fade away and get replaced by mellower more subdued love songs and happy ass lyrics. Incubus is still a good band, but they don't sound NOTHING like this any more.
