Throttle full back and pull up, when you return level throttle back up.

You can only do it in "normal" on HAWX1

How can you kulbit?

I Turn off the assistance, slow down and pull up but the plane always go up.

there is a record feature in the PS3 version of HAWX, press start > start recording. There's also a tool for uploading to youtube in "Extras"
