Non- transferable ones require I believe an FFL07 license. Once they are built they can only be sold to other Class-III FFLs. Get your facts straight before you come and comment.

Here in Italy a Romanian one (best quality after the Russian ones) costs about 500€, in the US it costs even less.

The only issue I have with the Mak-90 is that they put that politically correct thumbhole stock on it and neutered it so it doesn't generally have a flash hider.
