1) To much nose... Don't stick your nose that far into the glass, it's NOT wine.
2) Baby sips... A little more than a thimble, especially when tasting scotch or wine
3) To much water... You DON'T want to drowned out the beautiful flavors, 1 tsp (max) or less (pending on your taste).
Swish (or chew) the alcohol in your mouth for 11/13 secs max. After you swallow, suck in air (twice fast) through your mouth... Don't blow it out (always in).
The Highland Park 12yo is the perfect blend between the "lighter/maltier" single malts... and the real peaty monsters like Lagavulin... (Lagavulin is like drinking in th middle of a burning tire dump... but many like it and I respect it)....
Highland Park 12yo is awesome. I just went to my local licquor store and they are all out of it! They have the largest single malt inventory in the whole state and the Highland Park 12yo sold out!
Also FYI, "Is lay" is not pronounced "I lay"... It is pronounced "I la..."

beautifully done. Try the auchentoshan three wood its a lowland, but very nice toffee and liquorice flavour.

I read in something that making alcohol at home, like moonshine and such, is quite common in Sweden because the taxes are so high, is this true?
