  • ill give my balls for this

  • @martindeleon I own a stang. But i wouldnt give my balls for it. Maybe a finger. Or a toe. Damn bro the pelotas?

  • this is an automatic?

  • @mikegrillo86 Nope, I'm just an awesome driver :) It's a 5 speed manual

  • I really does sound unbelievably better in person

  • Thank you! I just got a 2012 5.0 today so you'll have to look forward to seeing/hearing that once the mods start coming :)

  • @n64kps congrats, i hope t be purchasing an 04 cobra by this time next year.

  • @blue5lame Thanks. You definitely can't go wrong with a Terminator. Those things make crazy amounts of power and have tons of potential!

  • i would not fuck with this stang

  • Dude...SWEET STANG!!! Great sound and the white with black accents are sick as F***. My car is EXACTLY like yours only its a Cobra and it's got a KB on it...Long Live Mustangs!! We travel in herds...everthing else travels on junk trunks...Mustangs FTW. A guy blew his motor in his 02 camaro ls1 modded trying to keep up with me...FAIL

  • @SupRStanG That's awesome! I wish I had a KB on mine, but I just got a 2012 5.0 today and I can't wait to see how it ends up sounding! You should post up some videos of your Cobra, I'll be all over those!

  • @n64kps No way to upload them. I'm not a very technology savy guy. I appreciate you wanting to see it tho lol Makes me feel like the 15,000 i got into this car is worth it. Congrats on the 5.0!!! That's my next car, don't know if i'm ready to sell the snake tho lol

  • @SupRStanG Boo! (It's not that hard :-P) It's definitely worth it if you're happy with it, because in the end, that's what really matters. A Terminator would be really hard to let go of. Those cars are badass.

  • im loving that stang, great color. i gotta 2004 v6 but im selling it to get a 2002 gt soon, the gt im looking at already has a magnaflow magnapack exhaust on it but i would prob get a magnaflow o/r x-pipe with a flowmaster muffler. any other ideas?

  • @sallythestang20 Thanks! Nice job on upgrading to the GT, you'll be more than happy. I'd stick with the Magnapack exhaust on it. It sounds super mean and super awesome! A majority of Mustangs are running Flowmasters and this will keep you standing out from the crowd. An offroad X will certainly compliment the Magnapacks well and you'll have a beast in no time

  • gotta geta flat black spoiler man that;d look sick

  • @Elquiesceace I have one now :) check out my catted X pipe videos

  • @n64kps haha nice!!! hey dude can you put up a flyby with your car l'd love to hear what it sounds like coming down the road

  • @Elquiesceace Yeah I'll work on that. I know it sounds sick coming down the road cuz I get plenty of looks from people ahead of me, not to mention people behind me haha

  • i'm new to this mustang fantasy world lol. and im currently looking at buying a 2002 gt (standard of course). but i want it really loud, like yours, and i was wondering if you could tell me a little more like what all you are using?

  • @MrAllange Great! That's what I love, new guys to the Mustang world! Good job going with a manual, only way to go. If you want it really loud, go with a straight through-type muffler (catback) and offroad midpipe. I have the Magnaflow Magnapack exhaust and BBK offroad X-pipe. Combined with the JLT ram air intake and you can't get much louder than what I have. (I also have BBK Long Tube headers, but for smog purposes, I'd stick with the stock headers.) I have the Accufab 70mm throttle body

  • @n64kps Thanks man ill keep that in mind, ill try to get a video of it. It's always nice to meet some friendly people!

  • This is my new favorite video.

  • @BreakingNewYorkCity haha thanks! It's my favorite exhaust setup to rock everyday :)

  • What year?

  • @branden445 2001

  • I normally don't comment, but I just HAD to get on here and say that this vid is pretty much what pushed me to the dark side. I'm an ex-ricer :( lol I know. Someone stole my civic a couple weeks ago; I now see that as God giving me a fresh start hah, I'm buying a GT!

  • @WILDBOYCLICC Haha thanks! That sucks about your civic but that's why we have insurance. You'll love the torque from the V8. Oh yeah, and the sound! :)

  • THIS CAR IS AWESOME

  • looks like mine XD

  • @smokedjonathan You have good taste :)

  • @n64kps u do as well lol. kinda funny cause me and u where thinking the exact same thing. the only difference between ours is that ur side scoops are blacked out. which ive always wanted even b4 i saw this video lol.

  • @smokedjonathan I also have the 05-09 GT Emblems painted black all around and a black running horse with white flames in my grille. I bet you don't have those! :P

  • @n64kps lolololol yea ur right i dont lol!

  • @smokedjonathan They add a nice touch to the car. I get compliments all the time on the horse in my grille. I think the new GT emblems look sweet too. I had to have EVERYTHING be all black or white and that wasn't possible with the stock GT emblems.

  • @n64kps lol agreed. i usually get compliments on eiher my exhaust or my rims. but i like what you did with ur stang

  • @smokedjonathan Yeah I get compliments on my exhaust all the time. What setup do you have?

  • @n64kps i have bassani. with x pipes. sounds really good for a stang. i dont have my headers yet. but im getting them soon. i just got it over the summer. so im still tuning it up and saving the money for it

  • when are you going to make more videos of the stang man...

  • @xxschuugboyxx I just put on my BBK Catted X and I'll post up a video of that soon for comparison purposes. Are there any specific types of videos you want? (specific midpipes or anything?)

  • @n64kps maybe a 0-60 vid?

  • @Mustang99v6 That definitely sounds doable. Do you want an in-car video?

  • that white with black details look sick on a stang

  • @LethalStick97 Yup! One of my initial reservations about buying a white Mustang but it's turned out amazing!

  • @n64kps another nice thing is washing it cuz u dont have to dry it. I have a black 2000 mustang gt and it sux cuz I have to dry it when I wash it.

  • @blackshadow610 I do still dry it..water spots still leave a mark and can take a toll on the paint.

  • @LethalStick97 Thanks, I like it too! :)

  • Ended up getting this same setup. Definitely one of the more nasty sounding exhaust combos for the 2V.

  • @southmcwow Awesome! I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy it!

  • @n64kps I definitely do man. Its a nice different sound compared to all the Flow, Mac and SLP setups around my area.

  • @southmcwow Totally. That's one thing I love about my exhaust..it's not the same as most other out there and it sounds super throaty!

  • sounds great, i would love to get l/ts with an o/r x, not sure what mufflers to go with yet. right now i have an aftermarket h pipe with 2 high flow cats and no mufflers lol.

  • @suprbird honestly, from all the reviews and comments i've been getting, magnapacks are a great choice. no mufflers hahaha, it's probably loud as hell! but having some mufflers on there adds a (somewhat) more refined sound to it and it's great! I couldn't vouch for having no mufflers and 2 cats since i've never had that setup but if you go with LT's and an O/R X, get magnapacks, i don't regret it at all. Still loud as hell but sound great

  • Wow!!! this video has made me make my final pick for a catback, in most of the videos i've watched i thought it sounded a little tammed by just reving but once you stomp on it these scream!!

  • @CrazyJay785 Yeah but this is also with Long Tube Headers and an O/R X pipe. So you have to keep that in mind. With just the catback and an intake, it's still quite beasty and I bet you'd still be satisfied with that result.

  • @n64kps yea i did notice that it said that in the discription. but i already have American Racing LT's with their off road x and flowmasters. Flowmasters came on the car when i bought it about a year ago and im not too fond of them so im upgrading :)

  • @CrazyJay785 Awesome. I think everyone and their mom has Flowmasters on a Mustang so I wanted to go with something different and I heard Magnaflow before and I liked it so I went for it. Definitely an awesome addition/upgrade. Let me know how much you like it when you get it! :-)

  • god damnit i wish my exhaust setup was like this!!

  • @fballer007 :)

  • btw what year stang is this?

  • @dacribgansta 2001

  • I'm picking up my red 2001 mustang gt on tuesday, I'm thinking about buying the Magnapacks to have installed on it but nothing else, how do you think it would sound?

    thanks much appreciated

  • @07Z06ss The Magnapacks were the first mod I did on my car when I got it so I know exactly how it sounds. I felt the power increase and it sounded better and a little louder, but not as much as I was expecting. I would recommend getting a cold air intake in addition to the Magnapacks and that will really wake up your GT.

  • @n64kps alright thanks

  • hey do you live in cali? cuz i saw the video of your dyno at gtr and thats where i go i have a 01 gt with magnapacks too but i have a bassani o/r x pipe

your car sounds nice! do cops leave you alone cuz i just got my x pipe and i dont wanna get pulled over lol

  • @edmata1991 Yeah I live in Orange County. No they don't leave me alone lol. Make sure you're in neutral or shortshift a couple gears if you see a copper, just to be on the safe side. I've had my exhaust like this for just about 3 years and I get pulled over at least twice a year for it, but I've only managed 3 fix it tickets for it.

  • @n64kps well thats not to bad lol..how much are the fix it tickets? and can you just pay it and keep the x pipe on? and thanks for the advice cuz i DO NOT want to get pulled over lol do you know how long it takes for the x pipe to break in? cuz my car is really really raspy right now

  • @edmata1991 It depends on the ticket. If it's a ticket marked as correctable, you have to fix it but only pay $25. I'm pretty pro at switching out my catback to stock in about an hour now after having to do it a few times. They just go by sound and the stock mufflers are fine with long tubes and an O/R X. If it's marked at non-correctable, you have to pay $184 but aren't required to fix it. You just send in the payment.

  • @n64kps well that's not good lol cuz I don't have the stock mufflers and thanks for the help are you still pulling 261 rwhp?

  • @edmata1991 I'm sure you could pick them up at a junkyard for cheap. I still have the same setup as in the video so I would assume I'm still pulling about that much

  • @n64kps oh well thats good i wish i had that much i probably have 240 rwhp

  • @edmata1991 I don't know if there's a "break in" period for the X pipe... Without cats, our cars do sound kinda raspy. I had the O/R H before this, and it was REALLY raspy. The X is a lot cleaner in my opinon, but still has a little rasp (around 2500-3000rpms I'd say)

  • @n64kps oh well mine is pretty raspy so I hope it gets a little less raspy lol and yea with out cats it is raspy

  • do they pass the smog with the long tube headers?

  • @jitomate88 When you know somebody they do :)

  • did you need teh o2 extensions? you got Mil eliminators on it?

  • @dacribgansta Yeah I needed O2 extensions for the front sensors and MILs for the rear sensors

  • @n64kps alright thanks man. i just ordered that exact setup lol thats why i asked. currently i have bbk h pipe ot magnapacks and i got the MIL on it. yours sounds real nice.

  • Well I have the Magnapack Catback but my exhaust is also catless due to the offroad X pipe.

  • well, im workin on my 01 f150 lariat super crew.

got an AEM intake, and magnaflow exhaust with 3.5 inch tips. when i get the money, im gonna take the 5.4 out and put in a 550hp 6.0.

  • Yeah that would my car. I work at CPK. We should definitely meet up, just send me a message

  • lucky bastard... gets to drive a sexy stang. =(

  • It just takes time and money

  • i just jizzed my pants...

  • I do that on a daily basis my friend

  • haha I love the "for now" disclaimer.

Yeah I am in Irvine haha. You probably have seen my car, although I'd bet that you heard my car first before you saw it haha

  • i might sell my ps3 to get my car like this lol i would be bored for awhile but i could just drive around

  • @anidin92 Haha, you'll have to sell a lot more than a PS3 to get your car like this!

  • ya i know that lol i just couldnt think of anything else

  • Say man in total how much did this exhaust cost bout to get a mustang!!!

  • bbk long tubes retail..350 bbk Xpipe is 200 and mufflers about 150 without a install.

you can sometimes fing them cheaper (craigslist/ forms) i got my Mac long tube headers with a bassani Xpipe with borla mufflers for 350 flat =)

  • I've spent about $2000 total on my exhaust. That's including Magnaflow Magnapack Catback Exhaust System, BBK Long Tubes, BBK O/R X-pipe (current setup). I also have BBK Catted X-pipe and BBK O/R H-pipe and that's including Install

  • How much HP gain did u get from the haders?

  • with the headers and midpipe, I gained 12.2rwhp and 7.3rwtq

then I got it tuned and gained 10.3rwhp and 20rwtq from that

    headers+midpipe+tune=22.5rwhp and 27.3rwtq

  • steeda , i love your rims my car is sonice blue i want the do they have those rims deep dish

  • I was looking into Steeda at first but then I saw some good reviews on MGW..

My rims are Saleen and they don't make them in deep dish. I love the deep dish look too but the Saleens just wouldn't look good with a 2 or 3 inch lip on them. If you want some more pics of them or my car, send me a message with your email and I'll show you some different angles

  • MGW all the way

  • i have an 03 with same mods except pullies but i have short throw and predator tune i was wondering if you have ever ran the car in the 1/8 mile

  • I wanna get a short throw but I'm not sure which kind I should get. What do you have?

I haven't taken it to the track yet, but I do want to.

  • for a short throw i would recommend the steeda tri ax. i have it on my dd and its best compared to a short throw in a subaru.

  • Is that an automatic? Not hating on you or anything, just sounded like one. Nice GT, I preffer Cobra's but I'd take a GT for sure if I could.

  • Haha do I shift like I have an automatic? It's not, it's a 5 speed. I prefer Cobra's as well but like you said, I'd take a GT for sure too

  • Yeah it sounded like an automatic :p

I wanted a GT for a while but I'm just gonna save for a Cobra. How's reliability been?

  • Definitely worthwhile to save up for a Cobra. If I were to redo it, I'd go that route. Reliability has been great for me I've put 25k miles on the motor and its just over 90k right now and running as strong as when i got it. Just keep up with the maintenance and you'll be fine.

  • Sounds solid, thanks for the info man, good luck with your car!

  • allso are those cobra R wheels

  • No, they are Saleen wheels

  • dude this is my 2nd fav vid on youtube this is the best sound ever ur cars amazing man

  • haha..what's your 1st fav? Thanks

  • aha snake bite cobra chek it out

  • Lol, I don't even need to check it out. I know that video pretty well. That is a pretty sick video and I'll gladly take 2nd place to that one haha

  • that is by far the most bad ass mustang ive seen and heard

tht stangs so bad ass u have to wear a leather jacket to drive it

    nice car bro

  • haha thanks man

  • Sounds damn good.

  • Thanks

  • i really need to start reading shit more, thanks man.

  • Do you have an aftermarket catback on this beast?

  • Of course I do.. Its in the information.

    Magnapack Catback

  • sounds badass

  • damn that sounds good, i only got flowmasters on my 05 GT, they sound great, but this is better

  • Thanks for the comment. Flowmasters sound good, but they are the typical "Mustang" sound I guess. I didn't want that. So I tried out something different and I definitely made a good choice!

  • nice shift

  • Thanks =)

  • Nice setup.

  • Thanks

  • Comment removed

  • The Magnapacks are the mufflers that come with the Magnaflow catback system. You can also buy the regular Magnaflow catback system with the regular Magnaflow mufflers (less aggressive than the Magnapacks).

To answer your question more directly, Magnaflow systems are full catback systems, not just weld-in mufflers (like Flowmasters, for example).

  • begg to differ

i have welded magna flows on my stock h- pipe on my 02 gt

  • I don't remember what the OP said but I believe his comment was something about catback systems. Magnaflow makes complete systems where as Flowmaster only has weld in mufflers. Yes, you can buy just the Magnaflow mufflers and weld them in.

You say you have Magnaflows on your stock h-pipe. Are you referring to the cats or mufflers?

  • Nice. Congrats on getting the GT. BBK has worked out for me no problems. Everyone goes with flowmaster, but I guess that's the traditional Mustang sound huh? I wanted to be a little different and I have no complaints here. I'm really happy with Magnaflow.

  • Very nice. I'm picking up an 02 GT this week and was already planning on going with BBK =) I think for the cat back i'm going to go with flowmasters though.

    Anyway, nice car.

  • awsome car man, ever consider putting black stripes on your car? that would match your blacked out tail lights and black wheels

  • Yeah, I thought about dual black stripes bumper to bumper but its 150 for the stripes and 450 for install and I don't think they're worth 600 bucks (cuz I can put that towards performance)

  • you went to the wrong place for the stripes, american muscle has them for $80 bucks, I'm thinking about going with the Vapor N' Black look for my 08' v6. I'm just not sure if the 94-04 black cobra wheels will fit on my car, if there's a way, then it'll look bangin

  • Alright, well either, way $450 for install is too much for me. I'd rather spend that on performance. What color is vapor?

  • a dark silver color, pretty nice

  • Oh okay. When I was getting my car it was between a white or silver one. I'm happy I went with the white though.

  • yeah, you went with a good choice, white n' black is a great combo and your car is bad ass

  • Thanks a lot. I think it turned out well, much better than I anticipated.

  • Sounds awesome man. I always wondered what that combo would sound like. I have the same set-up but with catted X. Check out my vid to compare. Maybe I'll make a take off vid as well.

  • Haha thanks, I also have the BBK Catted X pipe (yes I have 3 different midpipes haha). I just haven't made any videos of it yet. Yours sounds pretty good as well. I love the cleaner sound of the catted X, but I like the loudness and slight raspiness of the O/R X better.

  • Yea, it's a lot cleaner with cats but o/r sounds mean as hell. Btw, You should do a back to back dyno on all 3 pipes. Just a thought. :)

  • It is mean as hell haha. I would do a dyno but I'm not made out of money! lol

  • That sounds absoutely amazing. I have the stingers on my 04 GT and I am looking into getting LT's and a catted X very soon. I was going towardes BBK or MAC. I heard the BBK LT's will only work with mid pipes with "flanged" ends...do you know if thats true?

  • absolutely, rather

  • Hey there, sorry I took a while to respond. Either MAC or BBK Headers are a good way to go, I chose BBK because their parts seem to be more readily available and they have all the different setups you need. It is true that they need to be flanged but how else would they attach properly without any leaks? If you get any of the BBK Midpipes, they bolt right up to the headers and your catback system within an hour. They have worked out very well for me.

  • Oh cool thanks. Are your LT's ceramic coated? I found someone desperately trying to sell brand new Hedman LT's with a matching o/r X all stainless for $340....sounds like a killer deal I donno if I can pass that up

  • Yes they're ceramic coated. If you're getting headers, you might as well spend the extra money to get the ceramic because the heat protection saves you lots of HP when things get hot. I don't know much about Hedman headers, however I have heard of the before. I would do a little research on them to see what's compatible with them and such.

  • the o/r x sounds much better than your h pipe did i think!

  • I completely agree. Sounds a lot smoother outside and inside the car

  • sounds awesome dude! might end up doing that to mine
