The SS (the 6.2L V8) is rumored to do 0-60 in about 4.6. GM has said they predict the V6 version to do it in 5.9. Top speeds I imagine will both be limited to 155, though I'd bet the V8 could do quite a bit more than that.
It also did the nurburgring in about 8:20, which is faster than the 350Z, 335i, Porsche Boxter and Cayman, and E46 M3.

Actually there are more than the 640 hp supercharged. there is a 505hp, 436hp and a 430hp. AND its a 6.2L and 7.0L not 6.1
