bethesda is the best? you really think that if that company was the best fallout would have all problems that it has. over 90% of the gamers report problems with the game. yes fallout 3 is a good game a good story but all that freezing an crashing isn't something a game in the 20th century should have.

No they didn't, Obsidian is making Fo new Vegas with permission, Beth is still working with Fo3, but they'll start on TES: V soon enough, but to confirm: we don't know anything about TES V for sure.
