It's actually pretty unfair people always laugh about others who have GTS. Of course, it is funny when you hear someone shouting or cursing. I have Tourette too, but I don't have vocal tics anymore, I only have tics including movements (face/arms). It's easy to believe what they say here, it's just not always correct.
