  • Try the video titled Stiff Neck, Sleep Funny, if that helps, great, if not consult a professional in your town.

  • Pulled A Muscle In My Neck What To Do

  • I would do it at least once a day until the issue is resolved, but some people might do better if. Every other day, to give muscles time to recover

  • How long do you have to do this for?

  • thanks really helpful :)

  • I don't give medical advice over the web, but it sounds like you really hurt yourself. I recommend seeing a physician, soon. Best to you.

  • Yesterday I pulled my groin muscle in tennis and it hurts my testes.. Also even when I'm laying down in bed I pull it somehow and I did not even move my leg what should I do??

  • I need help. It seems i pulled my lower back muscle while running track and lifting with the football team. I never really pulled my lower back musle before but everthing else. Going on 2nd week and its steal hasn`t repaired its self how do i help the healing process.

  • Thank you so much! I am in so much pain from a pulled quad. Looking forward to seeing your other videos. I just subscribed.

  • I've pulled a muscle in my ankle its proper hurts :(

  • Hmmm. Without knowing you, it really is impossible to really know. Rest might be indicated here. No harm. Training on injured muscles builds in more problems than it's worth. Workout, in general, avoid those exercises that engage the hurt area.

  • Okay I need advice... can I do this for an ab muscle (abdominis rectus) ?? Because I pulled one of my 6-pack muscles pretty good and its sore for doing-situps because I didn't stretch! I need help for a fast recovery! thanks Im really concerned...

  • It may take weeks to fix an issue like that, even months. The quads get no rest except when you are sleeping :0), so they are always contracting during movement. Be sure to check back with my channel in the near future, i have a new project I am launching in January!

  • i thikn i pulled a muscle in my thigh and it hurts sooo much just to go up and down stairs. i cant even walk right, and wen i am sitting down it hurts to get back up. and plus i cant bend down :( thank you soo much for this video!!

  • This video really help! I stretch a little bit to much and pulled a muscle. Now, looking at this video, my muscle in my right calf feels much better!

  • Hey i think i ran to much in football my calf and both of my legs hurt bad

  • my biceps hurt so much i have an incredibly hard time extending them whenever i get out of my car. I think I overworked myself during weightlifting. any suggestions on how to relieve the pain

  • You don't have to go as deep as I do. I have been working on my muscles for 37 years, they can take a lot of punishment :0). Start slow, go to your tolerance, and you will achieve results.

  • oh my god. I dont think i can dig in my leg like that. It hurts just sitting here but you're really digging in and just watching you makes my leg hurt 0.o

  • Thanks man, I pulled the exact same thigh muscle u did and i did some of the stretchs. i need this fixed in 2 days because my soccer finals r in 2 days

  • Yes, working to break free any scar tissue within reason is going to help. This is what rolfling is based on.

  • Hey! I really like this video, it helped a lot. But I have a question: Does this "digging" technique you show us here work when the scar tissue is already established? Thanks!

  • I just started going back to the gym a week ago, and was an athlete 3 years ago. I am trying to bulk up muscle again, and i believe very strongly I pulled my Left bicep muscle. It hurts so bad, I cannot fully extend my arm without excrutiating pain. To make matters worse, I went 2 days later again and worked the same muscle It wasn;t in as much pain, but was mildly sore at the time. Now its back to where it was lol. Any advice?

  • @InspiredYouViewer same as me, except it in both arms. everyday things are now incredibly hard to do now.

  • Hello how can i start doing push ups again if this arm a left one dont coperate like the right one the right one is like super strong but the left has problems lifting up its not a cramp or straing might be a torn muscle cant tell it but it wont exercise and build muscle that i know of

  • I'm not sure if I have a pulled muscle or not. When ever i flex my arm outward, my muscle hurts, like a sting. Is it pulled?

  • Lots of reasons for rib pain, and if you read through my stuff, i don't/can't/won't diagnose what is going on. Too many variables. As a chiropractor, i see rib misalignment and treat this every week, but there could be something else. Go see a doctor of your choice to figure it out. P

  • ive had rib pain since janurary, and i just want to know why does it still hurt when i breathe in sometiems i havnet gone to gym for so long. ive been resting, should i be stretching dieting? they're the intercostals

  • @bob1012112 you have a fractured or cracked rib...

  • Not sure how, but, I pulled a muscle in my arm.

I was working my triceps when it happened, so I'm assuming that's the muscle that I pulled.

Anyway, all I had to do was what he did with his leg at the beginning of the video.

  • i pulled muscle as a soccer goalie! no more soccer for a week

  • i've actually had some trouble with my abdominals and i've failed to work them with my hands and i've been trying to stretch them because they felt so contracted. oops. thank you for the advice though, it really has helped since.

  • If your muscle hurts immediately after exercise, best to rest, do other exercise that does not. Involve the muscle, but to work up a sweat. This helps to remove toxins in the belly of the muscle. Which leads to pain.

  • i pulled several muscles in my groin 2 weeks ago and my leg is still hurting a lot...is that normal? what should i do? everytime i exercise i feel that it gets 10X worse

  • @tomboy23dance try to pull it again so its 30x worse then do a work out straight after, feels really good try it??

  • i like this guy

  • Yes!

  • hamstring is the muscle at the back of you leg right ?

  • @MrTyry23 No that's called your ankle.

  • how do I heal a pulled muscle in my forearm...was lifting too much weight curling

  • i pulled a muscle just below my knee...

  • your legs are FKING DISGUSTING

  • @flynara25 u must have alot of friends

  • can u make a video for the arm bc i always a mussel in my arm

  • @beastybilly1 Massage it

  • You can pull/ tear a muscle even if you stretch. My suggestion is to study this video, and see how it applies to what you are experiencing. Not seeing you in person makes it very hard to tell exactly what you need to work on, but the video is a start.

  • THANK YOU! I have pulled some/all of my muscles in my thigh and i thought it would repair it self (stupid) so i did nothing, but it just got worse and alot more painful. i am confident that this will work. Again THANK YOU

  • You are welcome, thanks for the feedback.

  • thanks for the video, extremely helpful and interesting

  • he just wants us to touch our selves

  • Pulled or not, it is ok to work on your muscles as shown. It can only help.

  • haha the leg you were workin on is the one that hurts me :p but how should i know if i pulled it or not? its been hurting me fro yesterday morning

  • i pulled my muscle in Gym class :o

  • @BubblysimsFilms

    Actually,Make that 3.

  • There are a lot of variables in your question that I do not know. Previous injuries/workout history/age/etc. I don't know by your description the type of lunge exercise you did (there are many) and if it was done correctly, with proper skeletal alignment. When folks ask me about a specific pain, it really falls under the catagory of asking medical advice, which I cannot/will not do over the web. I would have to see you. Sorry this does not help.

  • I felt a very slight burning sensation on my quad close to my knee while I was doing a certain lunge exercise. I go down into a lunge with my right leg forward, bring the left foot next to the right foot while still in a squatting position, and use only the right leg to come up to a standing position. While bringing my left foot forward and balancing on my right leg in the squatting position. I dont feel anything while walking or doing a regular lunge, only doing that move.Should I just ice it?

  • Wilddude, I can't tell you what to do, that sounds like you need to see a doctor. I cannot/will not diagnose people over the web, but I can tell you that should not happen when you stretch. At all. Best of luck.

  • Cheers dude, I woke up thismorning an streached my neak and all I heared was a snap. It is bloody bloody sore. Ive broken legs and stuff but this is worse (It isnt fractured tho I can feel its muscle. How can I help fix it? I cant move it without real pain :) thanks

  • Not all pains are due to pulled muscles. I can't diagnose people over the web, I suggest seeing a health practictioner to get a diagnosis and proceed from there. Hope that helps.

  • i pulled the muscle directly above my left elbow. It hurts terribly. I can't bend my arm that far, what would you recommend I do to fix it. I've tried to dig but it doesn't work

  • You are welcome. Tell your friends about my channel, 'K?

  • thank you .

  • Tehclaymation: There can be lots of reasons a back muscle is pulled. If it truly is a pulled back muscle, and not a misaligned vertebra and associated muscle spasm/guarding/tightness, yes, this technique would help. HOWEVER (sorry for yelling), it would be impossible to get your hands to the areas on your back to get in deep enough to get between muscles and separate adhesions. This is work best left to a qualified massage therapist.

  • do you think this will work on a back pulled muscle?

  • I'm a little concerned with digging my fingers into my muscle like that.

  • thanks for this, very helpful!

  • you are welcome. As always, lots more to come!

  • thank you. pulled muscles are always a pain.
