It's so unbelievable how this song can touch people. Celine is among the very few artists today who can still do that. Whenever I see those people crying, I try to imagine how they have suffered and been hurt in the past because they have probably lost someone. And the fairest example is Lyette, Karine's mother. There is no worse thing than a mother losing her child. And yes, I admire Lyette because she seems to have got over it. Any other in her place, would have cried her eyes out. Just, wow.

Three years ago, my Nana had a selective surgery to remove a part of her colon that would always inflame anytime she had a Diverticulitis episode. The surgical wound became infected, and she was rushed into emergency surgery just a day later. She was 81 then. For a month she lay comatose in a local hospital, and then she was moved to Boston. i just wept during the entire video and had flashes of my mom lying unconcious in the icu. for 12 days she remained like that and only i was there when she was declared dead. they tried everything from cpr to difib to adrenalin. in this whole world my mom was the only one who was truly mine and she loved me so much. even my closest family seems so indifferent and uncaring like its a formality.
