With the new update, what i did was play "cole has become the beast" kill everything. YES YOU CAN KILL THOSE UNDEAD BASTARDS. if you use ice powers that is. Then restart mission. get bunch of upgrades. restart mission. ur exp should be unchanged. Note that you have to have enough of exp to buy those expensive upgrades. 2000 exp wont get you a 3000 upgrade....you know. common sense.

@Punkrockfan001 They fixed that glitch after a while; at first i thought that i had done something wrong, but then i heard that the new update for the game didn't let you perform that glitch and i got disappointed :/ If you want more XP however, you can search for "Easy Exp" UGC missions. I found a good one which gave me a fair amount of XP in an hour so that i could get the all powers trophy

For all the people who are trying to get this glitch listen carefully. What you need to do is to NOT do the side missions until the very last minute. Just stock up all the avaliable XP you have right now, and when you finish the whole game on good and evil it'll give you 15,000 XP. If you want this trophy you gotta do it on the Evil side not the Good side. I managed to get all the XP by doing this glitch. Do the "In The Name of Science". Just keep doing that until you get enough XP.

So here is the deal for playing on harder difficulties. You get a lot less XP if you play on harder difficulties, so if you have already beaten the walkthrough on something other than easy, than I would suggest lowering your difficulty to easy to get more XP.

Hey all, i've got the best way ever of getting exp! Do the mission Double Whammy or Cold Snap, (Ice men have milita hostages) Then you just alpha blast the crap out of them! You can get like 20x25 exp from "Blast Riot" every time! Just rinse and repeat. Thumbs up so everyone can see! Also dont forget to do it into a corner so they all stay grouped :P

i got this trophy towards the end of my first playthrough. it wasnt really that hard to get enough xp. i just killed any enemy i saw, stopped any crime in progress, got any blast shards i saw near me, got the dead drops, and did every side mission as soon as they appeared.

Alright, I just about have every trophy in the game but this one. I tryed doing the Infinite XP glitch but I didn't have enough XP to spend. I only have 243 left lol. And when I was Evil I stocked all my XP on that side. I think I was being careless.

@PlaystationTR3Y Do all Dead drops if you haven't. Find a UGC mission where they are whole group of enemies, and the enemies can kill you in a just few seconds. After that, just keep trying to kill group of enemies, but die in the end.You keep the XP, which is around 125XP, and this is done in about 30 seconds or less.

@slampog I had to update to version 1.1 around 2 days ago. Correct me if I'm wrong but I did try all of the things mentioned in the video, I still get a "locked icon" when I'm playing my mission in the editor.

@slampog What exactly did you do? If you see a locked icon, then that means that power is locked. There is nothing I can I do if it is locked, you have unlock it. The patch 1.1 is for the Additional Content that was available day one. You are probably doing it wrong.

@loolya3 You can't start with all powers when you new game. You start from dirt scratch. And don't save over your last playthrough, start with a new save file. When you finish your second playthrough, you'll get all powers.
