@Raider5080 Yes, but they don't always race the coaster. One side is often closed or sometimes when both are open they don't release the trains at the same time. It's a bit rough, but nowhere near as painful as many other wooden coasters.
damn. i first rode that thing about 34 years ago and the last time was maybe 27 years go (unless i'm forgetting something more recent). unbelievable how vividly i remember it as a kid.
Oh there is no tripod? When you turn the camera it seems to stick and glitch like the camera is trying to pan on a tripod. Why is it kinda glitchy when your filming from the Eiffel Tower?
@barnabyjones786 Yes, all the racing woodies at the Paramount parks (Kings Island, Kings Dominion & Carowinds) had one train that ran backwards, but that all stopped when Cedar Fair bought the parks in 2006.
@wwwCOASTERFORCEcom awesome! I always see the POV's for it, but it would be so cool to see it from a distance! I never see the drop from outside the ride on Youtube here :/, can't wait!

@BlaqJm18 100x zoom might have something to do with it. ;D

Are you having problems with turning your camera on the tripod? If so just loosen it a little and the panning wont be as glitchy and bumpy.

@BlaqJm18 What tripod?
