If the WWE ever does a TOP 10 promo list...The Rock would have all 10 spots, there was no one better on the mic in wrestling history and it is hard to imagine that there ever will be anyone better than The Rock.

Also this has easily got to be a TOP 3 promo for the Rock, it has all the elements for being an All-Time Classic. Early to Late 1999, best version of The Rock character IMO, where he goes from a Heel that is cheered to a Babyface with a Heel attitude.

The Rock in this promo, used his comedic timing, wit, charisma, and arrogance, to make it such a original, great and memorable promo. One can argue that it may not be the greatest promo, but it is definitely his greatest heel promo, in my opinion anyway. I am excluding his heel promo in Toronto, simply because I thought that this was a better heel promo. I still say that this is the greatest promo of all time. What say you?
