  • Hi guys, I recently fell into the sea by accident and my phone was in my pocket and it got wet. I did not know what to do and i thus took out everything and wiped it dry and then plugged it into a power source. No response. After a few tries, it started vibrating madly and the light on top of the device started flickering. The phone started heating up like mad until finally i switched off the power supply. Now it is not giving any response. Please Help!!!

  • @Spideyrocksify it's probobly short circited you may need a replacement, and if that happens again, or if this works with your current phone you need to drown it with rice for a long time, then it should work. (drown it with rice for about a day or two, you may have a better chance of it reviving if you keep it in rice for 2 days, then try it but before drowning it with rice take off the battery pack and the back cover.)

  • You can grab it in the water... You don't need a spoon. 3.7 volts cant shock you... lol

  • my samsung black jack fell in a lake twice and yet still worked!

  • When I put my LG VX600 in water it Vibrated and turned off. LAter when I went back to take the phone out of rice it still worked again I tried to drown it and the same thing happened so I tried to drown it 2 more times and it still works, but I put it in rice after each experiment.

  • as much as it's a piece of junk, u could prolly still get a few bucks off it!

  • thats how goood lg makes the phone LOL that suckers lifespan was crazy

  • Dude...the phone quick working......

  • what kind of new phone did you get.

  • same with my phone, but it you cant call with it anymore

  • none of the songs were messed up****

  • if you let it dry out for a few days it might work... i took my mp3 player swimming and it worked and then stopped i let it dry out for 3 days and it worked and nine of the songs were messed up

  • when you first put it in the water you should have called it from a different phone if it was still activated

  • u shoulda made the phone shoot a video then if it survived, put it in the video. that woulda been cool

  • @ZackMcLeish13 By his description of his phone, it probably doesn't even the capability to capture video...

  • some phones are weird!my black razr whnt through the washing mashine and it still works fine.....lololololololol

  • @nicolu496 lol my sister's razor went in a cup of tea and fried....how does urs survive in the wash and not my sisters? haha

  • @nicolu496 i remember when razors were THE SHIT lol

  • wut cell do u have now?

  • ya i had a telus phone went though the wash the main screen backlight went out but i could still see the screen but it was a bit dark. it still sent out and receve signals then i lost it lol.

  • you shouldve tried to call someone else after the first water submerge - even though the scrrens broken it might still be able to send and receive signals

  • This has to be one of the best videos in YOUTUBE!!!!!!!

  • i would have had that o well
