God allows suffering so we can experiance it. and so we can learn from it... its not a perfect world from sin came death... but everything will be perfect one day when Jesus Christ comes back and makes everything perfect again... no disease and death

The entire reason Jesus came, died, and rose from the dead was to defeat death. All those who believe on him have eternal life.

Adam knew perfectly well that God had commanded him not to eat the fruit, he had even been given a warning of the consequenses for breaking his commandment. God's intent and creation was good but Adam still chose to sin. Perhaps you missed the vital truth that sin is first and foremost disobedience to God.
