Did you reassemble the full instrumental? If you did and I can get my hands on it, I'll make it for karaoke. You do awesome work, and this is one of the best tracks off the best Brand Nubes album by far.
just peeped a few of your joints. you could make them a lil' tighter. I am referring to the loops. The off-beat-ness takes away from the overall groove. There is more to making a beat than just throwing samples together. good shit tho.
Yo you a ill nigga jvcforce for even being able to duplicate this sample, its a rare kinda beat.. and a classic, the tempo is a bit dirreent tho ,Brand NUBIAN were true legends of there time an now!!!what is the name of that beat pad you using?
I do use my Mac to record samples, prepare sample bits (loosely chop the samples, but adjust samples on ES-1) then export to ES-1 using XD to smartmedia card adapter (check ebay, they are cheap.) I haven't used the slice function on ES-1.
yo do you only have this instrumental by itself>> Brand Nubian "Wake Up" (Reprise In The Sunshine

You should try ATCQ "Can I Kick It?", the single/video version...or "Spirit Mix"?

@pyenapple I love Spirit mix on Can I Kick It 12". I want to try it if I have the original samples...

@jvcforce I had a feeling you'd be into that one. Amazing mix. Good luck, I can't wait to hear!

Nice work, brother. This makes me miss the early 90's a lot more, hip-hop in it's prime.

@yungkr Thank you. Korg Electribe ES-1 sampler was used for this beat. The sampled songs are listed on the right.

The Best Electribe S demos around without a doubt !!!
By the way you preper your samples on a wave editor on pc or you simply just use the slice function on the tribe?
Nice vids anyway!
