dude you need to remove the core or seeds of your apple before juicing them because they contain a toxic substance called amygladin which is a cyanide(poison) and sugar compound.
@Ankit22 That is interesting but I never died from eating the whole of an apple before...it must be in very small amounts or something, lots of people eat them...
I prefer to have carrots, cabbage and a piece of ginger. The Cabbage does not taste good, but it does an amazing job keeping my Ulcerative Colitis symptoms to a minimum (I dont take any meds), and the carrots help the taste. Cabbage will also help heal ulcers. And ginger have anti-inflamatory effects.

What am I going to expect when I make this change? I used to be able to eat grapefruit and juices before my chrons was active.
