haha the cops that showed up here last night were fucking cool as hell, i shut the door in his face and he started kicking the door and i opened the door and i said DON'T KICK THIS FUCKING DOOR! he said well don't shut it on me i go idgaf don't come around here starting shit lmao last night was awesome then we had another run in with the cops at like 4am and they drove us home and everything. one of the cops goes "you guys are fucking morons" hahahaha
I think the officer acted correctly considering the situation. His safety is in danger...he does that job day in and day out, he should error on the side of caution when an individual is refusing to be handcuffed. Once a police officer initiates an arrest...if you resist they are trained to respond with overwhelming force... in this case the woman officer wasn't doing that and the small spaces and size of the fat thing made other choices essentially unusable. He should have tazed her actually.
@SpenserRoger Or perhaps he should have attempted to apprehend her outside of a crowded bus. Or maybe he should have acted more professionally then the retarded lady. What's the deal with you pig defending faggots? I expect cops to act with a higher degree of professionalism then I expect from a fat retarded lady.I also don't care if he deals with it every day, if he can't handle it quit or take a leave of absence until he can, being a cop is not a job, it's a duty to the people.
Yeah, i'm definitely going to have to disagree with you there. As stated by the man recording in this video, the army has protocols, just as the police do. You can't assault someone and get away with it, furthermore this cop is.. well.. a cop. How is this action justified at all? This woman is mentally handicapped- The officers have the authority to detain her but not to assault her like that.
@TheNextShika11 Explain how it was assaulting her. I don't see it. She resisted, they used force. Action, reaction. The officers have the authority to use force to bring a subject into custody. Also, you claim she is mentally handicapped? Prove it. Does that mean we should treat all mentally handicapped people with flowery care and kindness regardless of their threatening and hostile actions? Again, why should the cops have to wait until she hits them and endanger their lives?
@AntikorperIX Again, like I said, protocol. I don't understand how you can't see that it's assault. If you missed it, it's at 0:08. Addressing your first question, regardless of whether they are mentally handicapped or not, you're simply not allowed to hit someone like that. If you force them into handcuffs, okay, but to hit them in the face? That's not legal.
@TheNextShika11 Do you know what the legal definition of assault is? I believe you are confusing it with battery. But that does not even matter, because she was RESISTING ARREST. I don't know how much more clear I can be about that. According to the Penal Code, resisting arrest is threatening a police officer with physical violence while being arrested. Therefore, the officer had the authority to use the force necessary to place her under arrest.
The police were justified in their actions. This woman was being extremely belligerent and uncooperative. Before the officer hit the woman, she said, "Wanna get rough?" Why should the police have to wait until the woman makes the first move to attack them and endanger their lives? This woman made multiple threats to the officers; all she had to do was cooperate.
@AntikorperIX Then he should have tazed her to subdue her effectively, not punch her in the fucking face. Seriously people like you that always have the police's dicks in your mouths piss me right off.
@miniwaltho09 You honestly think the officer had time to pull out his tazer in the tight quarters of the bus? What if he didn't have one? I didn't see a tazer on either of the officer's belts. Regardless, a tazer is not the end-all solution (tazers can be ineffective and unreliable on some individuals). They used their best judgment for the situation. People like you that always criticize the cops before being aware of the entire situation and totality of the circumstances piss me off.
This fat tub of shit should have shut the fuck up, maybe then she wouldn't have gotten a fist to the face.

@SpenserRoger A taze would have been more acceptable, but a punch in the face in a situation like that isn't right.

@SpenserRoger you're a common POS.Can't wait until it's you or one of your family members..bet it won't be "acting correctly" then.

Mentaly handicapped or not. The subject is moot.
The cop have no reason or right to strike that woman regardless of her mental state.

Why does everyone say this woman is mentally handicapped? She just seems like an idiot...

@btg643 Because she had a stroller full of pillows and personally greeted everyone on a public transport bus at night in a major metropolitan area.

I despise most cops, but I'm on this one's side. She got in his face and said "Wanna get rough?" I'd have punched her, too.
